Why did we NE Brazil?

Dear citizens

Some of you may have noticed that eSouth Africa has proposed Brazil as Natural Enemy.



Just to give you all perspective, the Northern Cape was recently released by mistake in a resistance war. We are merely returning the region and need to declare war to do that.

This gives younger citizens the opportunity to catch up on the NE mission. Please ensure that you get those fights in if you haven't completed it yet.

We are still in a Treaty with Brazil and they still rent the regions from us, and at this stage it is not going to change.

To our current Allies.
We are sorry if we lose any MPPs with our allies. As soon as the region return is over, we would gladly resign all MPPs lost in the process. Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this.
