As of today, the Department of the Interior and the Department of Education no longer exist. In their stead, you now have the Department of Human Resources, a somewhat authoritarian Department that provides information and food for building up players.

Some of the bonuses of this merger include:

a) A One Stop Location For Information and Food.
b) Merger of Interests and Resources
c) Better execution of programs intended to help new players.
d) Larger staff with the potential to put more behind new players.
e) Turning two departments with similar purposes into one - to reduce redundancy.

This gorgeous woman has been feedin' new players since - who knows when. Jersey has been affiliated with the Department of the Interior for numerous months... years... or somewhere in between.
