[MDP] Emergency Merc Fund

I'd like MDP to implement the gathering of Tanks for the funding of mercs for important battle situations in Canadian battles only.

Mercs can win you fights plain and simple. I won 3-4 rounds this past weekend with the funding of mercs. The govt is kinda dumb not doing this themselves.

Also I think the daily max donation split among all the MU's is whats the biggest player in this of why they do not. Can't supply MU's and create a merc fund.

So this has to be independtly. As a military first party I think MDP should get its name all over this or atleast push this forward ourselves in cases of emergency. Poland is gonna fight back eventually.

I'm pledging 500 tanks to start it. Anyone else is free to donate tanks or CAD to help with the fund. All tanks purchased will be done off the Canadian market.

PM if you'd like to help. Being more prepared for future battles is something we can all get behind.

3000 is my goal.

They'll be held in reserve until called upon by the CP, MoD or myself.

I'm pretty active and reliable Fritzy. I may perhaps find 2 others to hold 1000 each to have 3 shots at it for emergencies. For now I'll hold em and is still open to further options.
