Leroy for President

Leroy Combs is one of my best friends in this game. Early in my career, when we were both USWP congressmen, he was a huge influence on me. I learned a lot from what he put into congress.

Later on before my falling out with the USWP, he was extremely supportive of me, and encouraged me even when no one else would. This is at a time when I considered my time here very close to coming to an end. I had just come back from a two-month break after my term as president, and I felt pretty burnt out.

And then I was reborn.

Fast forward to the ascension of the AMP, and I find myself once again contacted by Leroy Combs. He pmed me in game, praising the party’s rebirth, and immediately jumped on board with us. Since that time, I have nominated him for president in every primary we have had. He had, up until this point, declined. He did this because he wanted to make sure America got only the best. He wanted to make sure that when he does run, he’ll be able to devote his time to the country.

Well, it’s that time

I got another PM from him. Back on September 29th. That’s when he told me he wanted to run for president. This is probably the most exciting PM I have ever gotten.

Since that PM, him and I have been talking about what he is campaigning on, what he wants to accomplish, and how he wants to serve the American people. We’ve been campaigning about these goals, and will continue to do so. You will be impressed, America.

Leroy Combs is one of the most capable people this county has.

Military experience? You betcha!

Leroy is a former General in the National Guard, and has been a member of the armed forces for years! We know he’s SRONG.

Political experience? Yessir!

Leroy has spent a whole year in congress! He’s also a two-time Vice-President, so he is very familiar with the whitehouse! He’s also a former CIA director. We know he’s DEPENDABLE.

Economic experience? Oh yeah!

He runs Cowboy Industries, which is one of the largest employers in the nation! He’s also currently on the Economic Council. We know he’s BRAVE.

I wanted to tell the story at the beginning of this article to show what I truly believe; Leroy Combs is one of the most loyal and dependable people that I have met during my time here. I am extremely excited to see the possiblity of a Combs presidency...

OK, here we go:

I'm going to pass on how easy it would be to point by point this one, and just refer to his term as Speaker...which was just plain bad. I'm very glad he was Speaker though, otherwise I'd have had the most inactive and completely underwhelming term this year.

>Two term VP
Under Emerick, yes...and those months were terrible. The only real accomplishment during that time was the formation of the new military, which Emerick had nothing to do with and Leroy's never supported. Good job following up on your work (Haliman) destroying what little standing we had and leading directly to our wipe from the Emerick Administration.

>Former CIA Director
Oh yea, thanks for this one...the CIA Director whose account was compromised for near the entirety of his term, and whose massive security failure was the reason behind the forum split (which indirectly led to the JCS separation from the government), led to Lucky and Harlot asking him to resign from the JCS...all the while asserting that an innocent dude, killingtime (a solid bro), was responsible for his own failures.

You're right, Leroy is dependable, we can depend on getting an underwhelming, unexciting, lackluster term from a President whose career has been riddled with near misses and false starts...and yea, I love the irony in that I'm the one saying so.

Also Fluffer, you weren't around during 90% of Leroy's CIA term, so you talking about the 10% you were around for is laughable. The amount of accounts who were hacked on that forum and during that period of the game is amazing and there were more leaks than just Leroy, many of which were from lower level people who had access to places they shouldn't have had.

I'm not gonna jump your butt because you're my friend, but it's not like Leroy being sloppy with his account and being the single largest leak we ever had (the dude had access to literally everything...) is a secret.
