Actual title : 'Name change' and a few other important updates.

Foreword : This article is intended to annihilate the growing shadows of doubt, that have been overcast by the false lights of confused white knights. As the responsible dark knight, I have sworn upon the altar of God to bring them back to the temple of light; drag them into the pouring rain to cleanse their souls and then, vanish into the ethereal shades of darknight once the mission is accomplished. o7

So, a bit of rationality and justification reigned at the right moment, after taking a look at the possibilities of plans backfiring. 😁 I mean, finding a logo is daunting a task(when neither plagiarizing tonnes of pics nor hours of photoshopping will suffice or satisfy, especially if you are looking to find a perfect match!). We need a logo/avatar that goes hand in hand with the party's name and ideals...rather than the other way around!

Henceforth, Bharatiya National Party shall be known as Democratic Party Of India - DPI- ✌; FYI, the name change has been made after taking significant member feedback into consideration and besides, I felt our party deserved a name that we all stood for, ie.,"DEMOCRACY". Improving member feedback ie., co-ordination between members and Party President, providing a media platform for the members so their voice can be heard by everyone, making the game interesting for everyone, all these signs were heralding the very same lunar re-awakening.

Plan of action : 5 point formula : 13 more days to go!

1 : Change the party name and let everyone know.
STATUS : ✓

2 : Find banner, logo and a catchy tag line sort of thing for our beloved DPI!
STATUS : Yes, basically looking for something hypnotic, so much that the one who hears it for the first time should resign their current party and join ours! 😃 - Freaky Friday!

3 : Publish party platform - goals, rules, ideals, aspirations, philosophy etc basically 'what do we stand for' in this virtual world?!?
STATUS : I am going to make use of the DPI archives, modify them accordingly and republish - Saturday.

4 : Address 'retention in eIndia' and 'DPI-recruitment' in particular and announce dates for the launch of these programmes excluseively sponsored by DPI.
STATUS : o7 Scheduled to be announced later.

5 : Haven't thought about it yet! 😃

Q) If you wanted to change the name to DPI from the beginning, then why BDP ?
A) Incase you were wondering, BDP was just an auxuliary variable in our set of equations to arrive at the solution; to check the pulse and judge the mood of the audience. ♪ ♫ ♩ ♬ ♭ ♮ ♯ I should have hinted Omega about it, but I had IRC|internet issue and a next day morning exam...

Q) Will the evolution ever stop ? Or do you have a new name for tomorrow as well ?
A) I don't have any new names...but you are free to suggest my evil mind. As far as the name goes, I think this is it...but our party will continue to evolve until the end of time.

PS : 5 were okay with DPI or BDP, while the rest had different choices of their own. We are still in an organizational phase and this was a necessary step to be taken. Party members please message me, to know why this name change was necessary?

And the sleepless nights continue(written @ 3 in the night) : Awakened from the sleepy shallows by the pouring rain through the opened windows and the thunder roars resonant with the rumbling of an empty stomach. Discordant views standing helplessly as the lightning spoke to the wailing street dog and liberated it. In fiction lies the salvation.
