Nevvven Inducted into the Philippines Legion of Honor

Any list of Nevvven's contributions to this nation would always miss something, so I shall work with as many as I can recall--what he has done over and over again more than justifies this award.

1. Secured a Polish and Swedish MPP against Indonesia at very little cost to us. It was during Keegan's Presidency in late February 2010 that Indonesia finally stepped in to stop our swapping with the United States and China. Nevvven reacted with startling speed to secure the MPPs, and when Indonesia finally attacked, we had a wall of over a million due to Poland making it their priority battle. Given that the US-Phil relation with President Harrison Richardson was not at its utmost best, it likely would have taken considerable time to get back on the map without these MPPs, and Indonesia left the Philippines alone for over a month before finally stepping in during cruelbear's term. I consider this one of the most important moments for both our nation, and Asia, as it allowed the United States another month's time of clear swapping and geared them up for taking on the fortresses in Asia and completely freeing China.

2. As the Malaysian President, we worked on various swaps for Anti-PTO operations, and Malaysia controlled Mindanao to prevent Indonesia from attacking us as well, giving us an extra layer of protection.

3. Nevvven dealt some large last-minute tanking in a crucial battle in late V1 (I was not around for the battle, but I believe it was Battle 10631 over Palawan) saved the country from being wiped.

4. He has continually acted as a sound advisor in the cabinet room, especially though the 888chan PTO incident, and various other affairs acting as an expert on game mechanics.

5. He pulled Taiwan into the Phil-Colombian war, possibly entirely turning the tide and extending relations up north with that incident of cooperation.

6. He has also acted as a contact in China, having strings to various ministers and can interpret their politics far better than we can as outsiders. In general, he has a vast metaphorical portfolio of contacts all around the eWorld that have saved us on more than one occasion.

7. Is always willing to participate in our battles, flaunting the Chinese Ministry of Defense, and served along with us in Belgium.

Simply put, he is one of the reasons this game is worth playing, and has done more for the nation than most Presidents.

For his significant contribution to the overall health and survival of this nation, well above the call of duty called for in international relations, Nevvven is hereby inducted into the Philippine Legion of Honor. Authorized by Congress in House Resolution 021 on May 3rd, 2011, Day 1,260.
