Join the new world

As you might all know, Saudi Arabia is completely destroyed, financially ruined, physically wiped out, and politically decapitated.

In our situation, we do not have the luxury to choose our friends, nor to choose our enemies. We do not have the luxury of starting and maintaining wars.

At our situations, we can hardly get friends, real friends, who want to help without getting well paid in advance, or without imposing heavy conditions. There are friends, and i am sure they do exist, but in such circumstances and tides of wars everywhere, i am sure many potential friends will be busy fighting elsewhere.

A. REGIONS
What we need now is to create a state, a small state, that different powers in the region will accept not to crush.. a state that is not interfering in major trade routes, nor occupy regions important to other powers. We need a small protected state where we can receive young players who might join from RL advertising in forums! Jizan can be such an ideal start, it is away from crossroads of the different powers, and has no resource that is so important to other neighbors!

B. COMMUNITY
we need to create an active community and to that goal we need to create interesting things for young and old players. This can be made via an effective ministry of fun, lotteries , competitions, ..etc

C. ARMY
We need to recreate the army, from ground up, and create training corps to give young citizens a chance to develop.

D. ALLIANCES
one MPP that allows us to fight and develop

E. GOVERNMENT
As you might noticed, we will not have a CP for the entire of May. So the congress will be hyper-important. For presidency, i suggest a presidential council of 3 Consuls (or 5)!

F. TREASURY
We have only a few thousands Riyals, almost nothing else. To be effective, we need to transfer those money. I suggest using TAGE org (under my control) to act as National Bank. I guarantee that the money will be safe, and that a summary report of expenditure is submitted regularly and that a detailed report is submitted to any congressman upon request, and that no expenditure is made without direct order from Authorized Persons

G. ECONOMY:
There shall be separation between National Treasurer (who keeps our money safe, and writes down the details of every Halalah (0,01 of the Riyal) spent) and Minister of Economy, who study the markets, make recommendations, and create national budget.

H. DIPLOMACY
We need to create a diplomatic body lead by Minister of Foreign Affairs with ambassadors. Our object is to keep away from destructive wars, and to look for friends and helpers. There are many states who are interested in helping Saudi Arabia, notably Egypt, for the Arab brotherhood. There are also other countries, some want to help us in exchange for some benefits, some want to help for other RL bonds and brotherhoods

I. CIVIL DISCUSSIONS
IRC is very effective in holding meetings and live debates among eSaudis, but other forms of communication are essentials. National Forum can help make referendums, primaries, votes, and other forms of Fun. Skype can be a cross between IRC and Forum. We don't need to be all online to exchange messages, but we can chat as in IRC, and it has a security bonus for secret meetings
