Lions for Lambs (or rather “sheep”)

On of my journey’s, I was in Africa and ended up in Kenya. More precisely in the big wild-life park there named Masai-Mara. It was there that, in the high grasses of the savannah, I saw a lion crawling towards a gnu. The gnu spotted him and he ran, leaving the lion without food to feed it’s whelps. A little bit later we arrived in a Masai tribal village and where I saw goats, chickens and sheep. And I saw that they were being fed by the villagers and it struck me… How is it fair that a lion, the king of animal kingdom, an animal that outmatches sheep in every aspect (speed, strength, size, intelligence,…) has to struggle to survive itself and its offspring whereas the sheep got all they want? It was unjust and cruel. But then again, so is mother nature. Nevertheless, just because something is what it is, doesn't mean you have to accept it. That's what makes us humans difference from animals: our ability to do the most amazing things if we put our mind to it.

Day 1199 one evening.

KNOCK**KNOCK**KNOCK** someone bashed on my door. “What’s the password?” I asked. I was still president at that time but I knew I would lose the elections 2 days later and I couldn’t be pre-cautious enough when Thomas Khadafi got in power. I heard the voice on the side of the door curse and say he had left the note with the password on his kitchen table at home. “Shadow, open the fucking door. It’s me theneka and NLSP is with me. We brought cake.” Hmmmmm, dilemma. How could I know for sure it really was theneka. I had to test him so I shouted, “Communism and Stalin have killed millions of ppl!” The voice swiftly responded to the argument he had already hard a million times and had a standard answer for (how stupid as it may sound for a non-communist) "Shadow, we both know that Stalin wasn’t a communist. Real Communism has never been tried in human history and besides capitalism has already killed way more ppl than communism”. The answer was satisfying enough as only Theneka and NLSP are stupid enough to believe such a thing. I quickly opened the door and let them in.

“Hurry up guys” I told them. “The others are already here”.

And so it was that the first meeting of the opposition started. So it was that “the Opposition” began. The cookies didn’t turned out to be nearly as good as maryam’s cookies (as we later ate) but the movement had started.

Nearly all active non-BfB players of eBE where gathered here. Every single one of them hardworking citizens who have had enough of TR’s and BfB’s monopolistic position and their dictatorial grip on eBE. We had several former president, dozens of congressmen, tons of party presidents and a huge amount of (ex-)ministers. I opened the meeting by saying “we are lions. We are the hardworking citizens of eBE on who’s back this nation has been established. We are the citizens who build this country and who are now watching it being taken away by BfB and ThomasRed. We are the lions that have to watch while the sheep run off with all our food. Food that we earned and worked for. “No more!!” I say. The others all agreed and thus “the Opposition” became active.

Let me tell you a few things about us. We are the opposition. We are a group of citizens that consists of nearly all active non-BfB’ers that there are on this forum. We are firm believers of 1 strong believe: eBelgium is a country by and for the active part of the population. eBelgium is build and founded on our sweat and labor, eBelgium is a country that only exists trough our hard work over the past year and we will not stand by the sideline and watch it being turned into a dictatorial regime where inactive sheepvoters decide who wins the elections and good, honest and hardworking people are left in the cold. We want to go to a democratic system. A system where the active people decide who wins the elections. If you are active and contributing, then you get to be part of the political system. If you’re just 2 clicking and don’t really care about the direction this country goes, don’t really care for this country and this community, then you can kindly piss off and leave the country to those who DO work for it and those who DO care for it.

Our goals are simple.
-Primary goal: Put sheep voters out of the game
-give more power the smaller parties
-bring back democracy in eBelgium
-Demand more respect and democracy from TR.


How do we tackle these sheep voters?

With a new procedure called “pre-elections”. Every month, right after the PP elections, each of the top 5 parties holds a internal party vote. In this vote they decide if they want to run a candidate and who this will be. Then these Candidates get 1 week to organize a campaign for the elections. After this 1 week each top5 party must chose 1 candidate they want to back up. They must do this by a vote in their private party forums. This candidate CANNOT be from their own party. Each party has 1 vote it can cast. In case of a tie, a second round is held. The winner of this round will be put forward as candidate and will be supported by all 5 parties.

If one of the Party presidents refuses to do this or fails to cooperate, we will see them as a PTO’er and a enemy of eBelgium and our democracy. The other parties can PTO that party and can outlaw their candidate. This will make him enemy of eBelgium and remove his government forum access.

Do these measures sound harsh? Yes they do. But they are fair. This game belongs to the active population who actually plays this game. And it’s about time their voices are being heard. It’s about time that the power in eBelgium falls into the hands of the players who work for eBelgium instead of always staying into the hands of a small, select group of players. For too long, all power in eBE has been in the hands of sheep who do not contribute and who do not care what directing this country takes. For too long eBelgium has been a puppet to invisible faces that we don't see nor hear from on the forum. This however will change very soon...


When we told TR about our discontent with sheepvoters, he laughed us off. He had his sheepvoters and there was nothing we could do against him. He felt superior and in a way he was. Since that moment, he’s been constantly neglecting the demands of the majority of the people. He has been acting like a dictator and has been using his political monopoly for his own gain. We had no other choice but to step in. In a combined discussion with all “Opposition” members, we decided to interfere. We set up Operation “Sheep purging” and decided to send Critically (Codename: “Lone Lion”) into BfB. Here he ran for PP and is with great sadness that I see that he didn't won. The reasons on why he didn't won are obvious: TR once again used his sheepvoters. Yesterday night we saw many dead ppl suddenly (for a miraculous reason) revive and join BfB to vote. I ask you: who is the cheater here then? The active population that stands up for their rights and their freedoms? Or the namesless, voiceless and faceless zombies that rise from the grave to blindly obey ThomasKhadafi's commands? We did what we had to do. We send out a stong message that we are fed up with TR, that we are fed up with dictatorial regime, that we are fed up with his zombies, sheeps and 2-clickers. We will continue our fight for justice and freedom until we get it. Is this madness??? NO.... THIS... IS.... THE OPPOSITION!!!!!






I also wish to take this moment to apologize to all BfB’ers who ARE active the on the forum and DO contribute to eBE. I think I speak for all members of the opposition when I say that we didn’t wanted to involve you in this or cause you indirect harm, but we saw no other way. We had to stop TR and BfB’s monopolizing actions that where destroying the democracy in eBelgium. I am truly sorry, but we had no other choice. We tried reasoning with Thomaskhadafi, we tried to diplomacy, but every time again, ThomasKhadafi proved to be a man who does not hold on to his word and who does not respect agreements. Even you, have to admit that there is something horribly wrong in this country that's being caused by sheepvoters. Even you cannot be that blind to not see it. We are a oligarchy. Some would rather close their eyes and go with the flow, but not us. We never close our eyes in the face of horror and we never will.


To ThomasRed I want to say the following: Wake up, man. Don’t see this as a bunch of ppl who want to oppose you and cockblock you for the sake of doing so. If we wanted that, we would have impeached you a week ago (as you know, we have a 66% majority in congress). LEARN from this. See that everyone here is fed up with your politics of powerabuse. STOP acting like you’re the emperor of eBelgium and start acting like a democratic president again. We worked for eBelgium just as hard as you. Some of us even harder. We deserve to have a voice in eBelgium as well. The active public demands a voice. LISTEN to them.

In special I'd like to say that I take on full responsibility for this action. It was my plan, my idea and I executed it. Even tho we all worked it, I feel that those who want to blame someone, should blame me and me alone. Others like Critically and some others should not be blamed. They where players in a large group of similar minded individuals who got appointed for functions that would put them in the middle of the shitstorm that will follow.


finally, I'd like to offer the opportunity to TR to have a big long discussion on how wants to proceed with the country. I think the actions of yesterday proved that the majority of active players want a BIG change and that it's up to him to provide that big change.
