It's been a few days since I last posted but I was busy (both in RL and in eRep), but I feel it's time to give you all an update...

First of all; I want to congratulate Julian Mizu for winning the Country President elections. Mizu is a man who has done much "behind the scenes" and is a former Commander of Seal Team 6. He is more than capable of running the country and has surrounded himself with a great Cabinet. Make sure you add President Mizu as a friend and subscribe to his paper.

People say I'm crazy doing what I'm doing
Well they give me all kinds of warnings to save me from ruin
When I say that I'm o.k. well they look at me kind of strange
Surely you're not happy now you no longer play the game

That's right; I am once again a member of the infamous Socialist Freedom Party. It was a tough decision to leave the party I brought back from the dead; but as I stated in a post on the USWP forums; it's just not the same...

It's been a long, fun trip for me with the USWP. There were good times and there were bad times, but I will always love my time involved in this party. The friendships I have made are worth it alone, even those that no longer exist. I love this party, and everyone in it. That's why I put off something I knew was inevitable- my departure from the party.

I'm headed back to the party that helped raise me from a wee lil' eBaby and helped shape thr player I have become today, the SFP. With my return to the game, I've been wanting to go... where everybody knows my name. I was hoping that place would be USWP, but past mistakes and crazy rumors coupled with the party completely moving on have made this a strange place. I feel disconnected from everyone and like an outsider looking in.

Time may make things better, but right now a smaller community of old friends welcomes me, and I feel like it is just a better fit.

I said Goodbye to a party that no longer wanted me and Hello to my old Commie friends who welcomed me with open arms. I wish continued success to the party that once was my home and the people that were once my brothers and sisters. You can continue to find me on IRC (#judeconnors is still my IRC home).



Congress Voting Record
People say I'm lazy dreaming my life away

This month's Congressional term has been a strange one, to say the least. It started getting weird when Animis was replaced as Congressional Whip. Former Whip, Rainy Sunday, has taken over as Whip and has done an excellent job. Her daily messages to my inbox help keep me informed when I am just too busy to head over to the madness that is the Congressional forums.

Since Congress no longer has a place to record votes for the public, I have set up my very own public-viewable Voting Records at http://www.tinyurl.com/4nnyo4p. It is updated regularly and I invite you to message me with any questions or concerns you may have.

In yet another waste of an update, the Wigs have taken away our MY PLACES tab and replaced it with a MY LAND tab. Instead of fixing the ad module or scaling back our shouts to where they mean something again, we get a stupid replacement tab for something that didn't need replacing in the first place. Typical.
