Department of Defence Update
Irish Department of Defence
Hello Soldiers of Ireland,
It is the start of a new month for our fair nation, we have been to the brink of destruction.
We as a nation always go through some testing time's and we always come back more united than ever, its what makes us Irish and makes us world renown We love nothing better than fighting oppression when we are underdogs. Ireland has a hard month ahead with the Uk controlling all but two of our regions and with the new admin changes all our regions are now important to us and all must be retaken and held at all costs.
This month we have a big change, one which im happy to have been at the centre off. We will for the first time I can remember we will have an ICA commander as joint MoD along with an IDF commander. We will have an ICA member as Joint Chief of Staff along with an IDF Joint Chief of Staff.
The new members of the military side of the Irish government are as follows,
Joint Minister of Defence Marcus Suridius
Joint Minister of Defence Orangejuicemmm
Joint Chief of Staff Boris Tomic
Joint Chief of Staff Sennan Blake
With these new changes I hope to see a new unity within Ireland the likes we haven't seen in such a long time, all the political nonsense needs to stop we are Irish and we fight to defend our island so we need to focus.
Ireland has retaken Dublin and the process of retaking our island begins in ernast today, we as a nation will band together and do this if it takes us a month so be it but we will do it...we are Irish and we are fierce warriors.
I want to thank all new members of the military government for coming toghter to work side by side for the greater good, I understand there will be some people who have reservations for one reason or another but I ask that you stand by us while we try make Ireland a better and stronger nation.
I have always put Ireland first people who know me can confirm this and I shall always do the same, as my forum sig use to say "I am Ireland, without her I am nothing"
Regards,
Marcus Suridius
Joint Minister of Defence

Via la Ristance,

'brink of destruction'
Correction: just destruction.
Viva la Liberation Front!

Sounds good o7
Is the DoD planning on starting up a weapons company?
Or any company?
oh yeah...IN MOBS WE TRUST!

I am Ireland, without her I am nothing x2
Myself and OJ will have that as a priority Don, every military org needs to have a weapons company.
o77 (i have 4 arms)
Oj Was impeached because he had Ibhoy as a minister, now why isn't John Gormley being impeached as he has Oj as a minister (who hurt us more then Ibhoy).
I think the two situations are too different to compare Kavrocks.
Huzzah!!
In MOBS we Trust.

Nephworks Why because Oj (as CP) was in the ICA but now the CP is an IDF member and not an ICA member? Yeah totally different and we will really progress with thinking like that.
Voted... ireland free!
"Oj Was impeached because he had Ibhoy as a minister, now why isn't John Gormley being impeached as he has Oj as a minister (who hurt us more then Ibhoy)."
It's all the same sh!t different day Kav. It's the bend over and take it mentality and the forgive and forget culture.
Let's not impeach any more people, please. I've had enough of that. The Taoiseach is elected for 30 days. It's not like we have to deal with him for four years.
"brink of destruction"
We, crossed the brink for a few hours there.
But we're back, and will hopefully be stronger than ever.
"Oj Was impeached because he had Ibhoy as a minister, now why isn't John Gormley being impeached as he has Oj as a minister (who hurt us more then Ibhoy)."
Isn't it obvious? The reason for OJ being impeached had nothing to do with Irishbhoy (except for maybe a few truly principled people like uaithne), it was because they didn't want an ICF president, and wanted to be in charge instead.
Great article as usual Marcus and these were no doubt the best men for the job. o7
cheers to unity
It has been said before, it should be said again. We need a blacklist. OJ should be in it, as well as some other shady figures.
It should not matter if OJ is the new messiah when it comes to warfare or not. As a country we should have limits.
People should be able to repent to get of the blacklist, but OJ has not done so. He still has not repaid what he personally stole.
He was fired from ICA due to his behavior, and what do we do? We promote him.... Amazing.
Also, the double standard of impeaching him for IB as a minister, and then doing this.... It is a disgrace!
This is not to say we should be keeping on fighting between us. The fighting is over. ICA repaid their debt and is an honorable org.
eKane if you have a problem say it on the forums, this is a DoD update. If anyone has a problem dont post complaints here it makes us look like immature idiots.
I did. The emperor still has no cloths
As always you can find all the posed positions here: http://wiki.erepublik.com/index.php/Ireland
