Official Primaries Winner: Paul Proteus

Yes, the winner of the July 28th Primaries was Paul Proteus. This was one of the best and biggest primaries ever held, and I'm honored that I could be a part of it.

That said, there were also a lot of dirt and bad conduct in this election. In the future, new changes will be proposed, a minimum level rule, requirements for being in the party, etc. However, for the time being, let's get down to business crowning the winner.
