This article will go over the smaller aspects of eRepublik Rising mainly the items for sale in the Marketplace and what their attributes mean to your citizen. As before the products have Q Ratings of 1 (cheapest and weakest) to 5 (expensive and strongest).

FOOD
Now you may or may not have noticed, but instead of stars being used they now have 5 different images for each product. The more intricate the image the higher the quality and the ADMINs, in their wisdom, food now give exactly what they advertise. So if the food say Wellness 2.5 and Happiness 3.5, then you get that the next day.

Moving Ticket
This item has changed quite a bit since V1, since many of us have not moved this will be very informative. Now just for using a MT you will lose 5 points of Wellness and Happiness, it does not matter the distance or quality of the MT. The attributes of the MTs actually increase Wellness and Happiness. Here is a formula you can use…

Health = (current health – 5) + ticket health increase
Happiness = (current happiness – 5) + ticket happiness increase


Now depending upon where you want to go in eRepublik, you need to get the right Distanced Ticket, when you want to move you will see every region has a particular zone this means very little. But the distanced traveled means everything, the distances in eRepublik is 1 to 5. There are no more moving distances than a distance of 5, so far these mean little except for the type of ticket you need to buy. As for the Zone Designations, they seem arbitrary and I found no one place to list them on a map.

Now eSA is well, screwed, unless we move only in eSA we will need a minimum of a Moving distance of 3 ticket. To find out what you need when moving, regardless of your region, I have MT Tool link here that was on the WIKI page. You only search by country here and yes there a few exceptions, so read the entire list before doing your search.

House
The only big change for this item is that it now has a Shelf Life and recoups Happiness, it still adds to your Wellness as before. I would really look at the durability rating for the house before settling on buying one. They are truly worth their weight in gold now more so than before.

Hospital
Now this is an item only the Government can purchase, then placed to a tile in a region specified by the President. But using the Hospital is very different than before.
Now you use a hospital while in a battle now, not after… Using the hospital will happen automatically in the following:
- You're deployed to a battlefield that has a hospital
- You're inside the area of effect of hospital
- The hospital is controlled by our side
The most amount of health you can receive depends from the roof of the hospital, meaning each Q Rated Hospital can have a different amount of wellness to heal our soldiers.

Now, if the Health Budget (remaining wellness in the hospital) is low and there are more units within the area of effect than the hospital can heal, the rest of the Health Budget is divided by the number of units in its area of effect and the resulting Health is evenly distributed to the units. After that the building disappears from the battlefield.
NOTE:Lack of knowledge here is what happens when the hospital is used up, does it disappear completely and we need to buy a new or will it return again. No info is available for either scenario, but one must lean towards needing a new hospital.

Area of Effect or AoE is the surrounding tiles of the Hospital, a Hospital can have from 1 AoE to 10 AoE. This means you can be 1 tile away from the hospital upwards of 10 tiles. Obviously the 10 AoE will cost most than a Q5 Hospital in V1 and this takes even longer to build.

Defensive Systems
Now this is an item only the Government can purchase, then placed to a tile in a region specified by the President. But using the Defense System is very different than before.

Now the Defensive System gives defensive power to protect against enemies. You get defense bonus while fighting if:
- You are inside the Area of Effect (AoE) of defense system
- The building is controlled by your country.
The value of defense points received depends from it's layout. Meaning the better constructed, higher Q Rating, the better the DS is. The DS is used similarly to the Hospital, but based on a per turn usage. If no one is inside the AoE there is no lose of durability, if multiple citizens are in the AoE only 1 durability is charged against the DS.
