I was reminiscing last week about the Benn Dover Presidency with Tibbets in IRC. It was a glorious time in our nations history with war, romance, rivalries and alliances. I went through and saw something really sad though. His second term cabinet was full of greatness from back in the day to a few players you may still recognize, but most of them are dead... The article had "Open" for a few positions but I was able to fill the ones I could remember from 18 months ago. If anyone remembers something else let me know.

Vice President: Justinious McWalburgson III
Current Status: Barely 2 clicking

He became the President right after Benn Dover's last term and served one month in January of 2009. He was an economic guru, and my personal favorite player.

Gosh I remember before Emerick turned full on troll how much I love him. When he wants to be he can be the most insightful player in the game, and at other times he can be the most annoyingly frustrating douche. He was progressive as a player, in that he mixed the trolling and insightful-ness, but in the end it got to be too much and caused his demise. He was president in September of '09 and is "creditted" for winning our nation back, although some Indo bannings, good luck, and military strategy can also be accounted for in this success. Since the banning he's been trolling around on his organization and running the SEES party through puppet party presidents.

Remember when DF would run for president every month? I do. Now most people know him for the war reporting he did in the summer and fall of 2009. He covered all 100+ days of the North American invasion and if he wanted he probably could have turned that into a successful political career. Instead he's coming back every now and then to post a top 5 article and clicking away in the Marines

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs- William Shafer
Current Status: Hiding in Malaysia trying to avoid everyone he pissed off

Man did he do a number on his career. He was the Eugene Harlot before Harlot. But his JCS career was more like NXNW's, clashing with others. He clashed frequently with the USWP, argued with the President and his men, and even pissed off his own political party by stealing their organizations and fleeing to Singapore. Now he's an international symbol for d-baggory, and couldn't politic his way out of a paper bag. A bag he should wear over his pedo-rapist looking face.

General of the Army - Symrstar

He was never EVER poltical, so no in game position for General Symrstar. He as a master with the old eRep code, before python became illegal in the game. He fell off after that happened, but loved the military. He was a true game mechanics-ista before that was even cool to do, and he was one of my mentors back in the day. He's sorely missed by the few he touched. o7

Commander of the Marines - Dexter Jones

Wow, flashbacks. A throwback to when military was military and politicos weren't. Dexter was amazing, and I couldn't do justice for what he did in the eUS with the Marines. He had 2 shouts, "eUSA Marines the best fighting force in ATLANTIS by far" and "All Marines Pimp Doc is in charge until i return". He loved his Marines and they loved him back. I wouldn't be surprised if my comments are inundated by old tanks saluting Dex. I know I will. o7

Leroy was my mentor. He taught me everything I knew about the game. He's still around and has been in the Airborne since it's inception. Great great guy, talk to him if you want to learn something. 🙂

Turned out to be a thorn in everyone's side when he became one of the most infamous party jumpers and deadbeats in the game. He was extremely good at deleting articles that people trolled, especially when the trolling was true. He isn't missed by anyone I think.

The great Goat. He ruled Thailand with an iron fist and is still the toast of the town there. He just recently came back to the eUS to have some fun. He worked in the QMG department for some time until his turn was called for eUS congress, where he was legendary for being awesome there. Then he got called to move on with his life and went to Thailand, where we've already mentioned that he was awesome. He's done well with his eLife.

He was a pretty epic Military man here in the eUS and when Israel was finally freed he went over there to help them set up shop. He would become a military general and eventually President there and now he's just living up the 2clicking retired lifestyle.

NoneSuch was the most ballsy Party President that the UIP ever had. He wrote articles that slammed people (who totally deserved it) and wasn't afraid to speak his mind. He was amazing to work with on the draft of the Constitution that was lost when Franco trashed the forum. By far, one of the most entertaining people to play eRepublik. (Written by PrincessMedyPi since I was one who didn't get along with NS)

I didn't know Bl1ndn3ss too well but I did respect the things he did. He went over to Thailand during Benn's presidency, so I don't know how much he really did, but he was pretty cool to the US and he was an avid follower of Michael Lewis.

Man did this man make a killing as a congressman and now as a bank owner. He's done the bank thing for over a year and has 1000's of gold at his disposal. He's a pretty great former congressman who ran Cali like a champ for the longest time.

My recollection of Joeph was that he seemed to be a bit of a dead beat congressman, but he did a lot for the early V1 Military. He was the CJCS for about a month after Shafer, and was succeed by Harlot. I don't remember much more about him, but he did good in the military.

Denversbest02 was a very quiet person, but when he spoke it was important. He's now one of the eUS's strongest tanks.
Jewitt was president of the eUS after a few unsuccessful tries at being VP. If you don't know who he is you fail at eRep.
