Yo, what's up?

If you are unfamiliar with who I am, you can view my eRepublik history on my Wiki page (it's not 100% complete mind you, I have a lot of updating to do...). As you can see, I've been fairly active in both the USA and Thailand. This opportunity is perfect for me.

I am a very active player, and I usually login every day (no excuse now, it's summer). There's much left for me to learn, and I feel ready to start a career in US politics. As a bonus, I'm running in an original region of my "retirement" country, so there is much trolling of Indonesia that can be done. I mean, this is an extremely strategic region, and having the Congress seat go to not only an eAmerican, but an eThai... that's a kick straight in the teeth.

So where do I stand on key issues?

Foreign Affairs


Easily mistaken for the flag above, however, this flag is actually cool.

I can sum this up in one wor😛 Broland. Poland has been a great ally, and recent tensions have damaged our relationship. They sit on top of the totem pole in eRepublik with the most citizens, and it would be utterly foolish to destroy our relationship with them. In fact, most Polish citizens still think good of us (from what I've observed anyways)... in fact, like most of our problems, this one was created inside of our own borders. Our media has blown this out to epic proportions. Poland has no intention of ever attacking us, not a week ago, not now, not ever (well, I can't guarantee the future, so don't take my word for it). However, the more we troll them calling them "Loland" or accusing them of cheating, the further we push them away. We need to stop baiting them and abandon the mindset that they have switched sides, because they haven't. I think Congress needs to make a plan to help restore the ties between our nations, and it's something I will definitely take an active part in. Regardless of how Poland views us, we should strive to make things right on our end.

Internal Affairs



These are exciting times in the USA. We're facing the threat of a very real PTO, both from Hungarians and from Ajay Bruno. There may also be a certain Pole who wants to PTO us, but this can be prevented with some careful measures. We've already taken a huge step towards keeping the "United" in the United States of America. With the creation of the American Progressive Front, we take a step in the right direction. There's too much fighting within our country, too many conflicting views, too many egos thinking that their status inside the country is the most important thing in the game. Reality check, if we get PTOed, there is no more game for us. In order to survive, we have to work together as a country. We need to set our differences aside in these troubling times and work together under our flag. This is a game, and we need to play to win.

As for other issues, I don't have enough experience to really judge them. I have zero experience with the economy, and by participating in Congress, I plan to learn a thing or two about taxes.

Speaking of Ajay Bruno, I heard he plans to abolish Meals on Wheels if elected President. Well, if I'm elected into Congress, I will donate 50% of my Gold reward to the program. It helped me a ton when I was a new player, and I would love to have the opportunity to help new players in the same way I was helped.
