ATTENTION: ALL CITIZENS OF THE PHILIPPINES

Some of you have probably already noticed, but I (Anarchist) am the new Chief of Staff of the Invincible and Untouchable Armed Forces of the Philippines. I've actually been in this position for quite a while now, but haven't had any time to write an article regarding it because of graduation. Anyway, just a few things I am about to clear up regarding the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

1.) I have removed a lot of citizens from the different squads (PMA, PN, PMC, SO, PA) due to not following orders, low wellness, and plain stupidity. Be sure to check out the military website to make sure you are still a member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. If not, then you are free to sign-up again with another chance!

2.) The Philippine Army and Special Operations are to STAY in the Philippines at all times unless said to move to a different region. There is a good reason for all this. At most it can take 72 hours for a soldier to come back, and during that time, the Philippines can undergo some serious damage. If you are currently part of the Philippine Army or Special Operations and aren't even in the Philippines or one of the Philippines' original regions, then you're probably going to get dishonorably discharged.

3.) The Philippine Navy and Philippine Marine Corps are given free movement to roam the Erepublik world, but that DOES NOT mean that you are entitled to free weapons. The only time you are able to avail free weapons is when the group is undergoing an operation whether it's in the Philippines or in another country. Just keep one thing in mind - when you go abroad, you have to fund yourself.

4.) Although I am giving the Philippine Navy and the Philippine Marine Corps free movement, you still have to follow all orders from your respective COs (which is currently me). If you aren't able to follow that certain order I have given you, then you may be dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces of the Philippines as a whole. I get really stressed out when I send messages to all of you guys and only 4-5 people listen.

5.) Philippine Military Academy students - PLEASE try to keep your wellness above 90. This is will now be a new requirement for graduation from the Philippine Military Academy. Once you have fulfilled the requirement of having 90+ Wellness, then we can promote you to either the Philippine Army or the Philippine Navy.

6.) If your wellness has been affected by the new Hospital thing, then please drop me a private message regarding the issue. Depending on your dedication to the Armed Forces of the Philippines and how well you follow orders, then I will give you gifts.

7.) Currently, the Philippines has no hospital, but that will all be changing soon. The new plan for the location of the hospital is planned to be in the Visayas region. Anyone that feels that they can benefit from the hospital during training wars can request supplies from the military website.

8.) Last but not least, PLEASE CHECK IF YOU ARE A PART OF THE MILITARY AND CHECK WHAT UNIT YOU ARE IN. I have been receiving tons of PMs regarding that they never signed-up for the military, but if your name is there, then you must have forgotten somehow.

Current COs: (for those who weren't paying attention!)
`Superintendent of the Philippine Military Academy - Anarchist
`Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps - Anarchist
`Admiral of the Philippine Navy - Anarchist
`General of the Philippine Army - EZEX Lacroa*
`Commander of Special Operations - Al Dente

*Undergoing confirmation to become a Commanding Officer.

As you can see, I take the position of many roles in the Armed Forces of the Philippines. Currently, I am looking for people to fill my role in the PMC and the PN. All it requires is the how active you are and how intimidating you are to your squad to follow orders. The only other requirement is that you have to be in the unit that you want to sign up to be a CO for or the unit that is higher than that said unit. (Example: A sailor of the Philippine Navy can become a CO for the Philippine Navy but not for the Philippine Marine Corps. A marine of the Philippine Marine Corps can become a CO for both the Philippine Marine Corps and the Philippine Navy.)

If you are interested, please drop me a private message. I don't really care for application letters. They're really just a waste time. Also, if I feel that you as a CO aren't doing your job actively and correct, I will remove you without warning. It would be pathetic to see a Commanding Officer not doing his job correctly.

That is all,

Anarchist
AFP Chief of Staff
