Well... Here's a little story

Day 832, 16:01 Published in Australia USA by Panther
My name is Panther, and this is my eStory.

Me as a baby Panther

My eBirthday is August 14, 2008, and I am 1 year, 6 months, and 18 days old, which puts me at about 67.9 eYears old (using this). When I joined eRepublik, I was like any other noob; gullible, lonely, and afraid to communicate.

I was approached by McGivey, who at the time was the United States Workers Party (USWP) Head Recruiter. He never asked me to join, but he did offer me help, and he not only told me how to play the game, but he showed me how to play eRepublik. I joined the USWP because I felt accepted, and they gave me opportunity. I was given a position of a recruiter, which made me feel important. This really helped me in the long run, because it helped me stay in eRepublik.

Before V1 was going to be released, I had really started to lose interest in the game. I had started to log in every other day, and didn't even bother to visit the forums anymore. I had always wanted to run for Mayor (this was a beta feature), and I had never gotten the opportunity. When V1 came, I was in complete shock and utter despair. The game, the design, the eLife I had, was completely different, and I had to re-learn the entire game once again, but something was different this time around. I wasn't the only one who had to learn, everyone did, and this kept me motivated to become one of "the best."

It was after the embarrassment of Roby Petric (he was elected to Presidency, first one of the USWP), that I had decided I would try and represent the USWP the best I could in North Dakota. The USWP had picked up the nickname of being home to Zombies, and two-clickers (which was somewhat true at that time).

Sorry Mac users, just had to 😛

It took two attempts to get into Congress, and I finally achieved my goal on my third attempt. This was drugs to me, and I had just gotten my first shipment of the goods.

I worked in and out of congress, some terms more active than others. I met some of the coolest people, and I also met some of the most idiotic as well. Within two terms, I had found my niche, and a place to talk to an active, interested group of people.

This is what we did, all day, everyday.

Though I found Congress amazing, I decided to take a break after only 4 terms, and join the Marines. At that time, the standards for the Marines were much lower. I traveled with the Marines, doing what I had to, keeping up with orders, until that one lucky day. June 1st, 2009, the Admins had released a bunch of new countries into the developing eWorld. I had agreed to go to Peru, and help them develop their country with a few close friends. It was here I met some of the best friends a person could have in eRepublik.

Peru was an adventure, it really was. The native Peruvians thought we were only there to inflict harm, though we meant none whatsoever. The clash between the two cultures was very evident, and there was no way to avoid it. When the congressional elections came, I was elected into the ePeruvian Congress, representing the Great Andes along with other newly elected congressmen. This was one of the worst congressional experiences I had ever had, because the forums were 100% in Spanish, and I could not understand a word of it. After my term had ended, I promptly left Peru.

Back in the eUSA, I rejoined the USWP, and I just journeyed through my days. It was summer time, and I had devoted a lot of my time to RL, where I should be. After a nice break, I got back into congress, and that is where I restarted congress, in Texas again.

Texas was one of the largest states in the eUSA, and we had gained it back after the dreadful, but eventual turn-around war. I represented Texas for 4 consecutive terms, and I had the support of not only my party, but the Texans too. I beat out Desertfalcon (Party President of the CVP at the time), with the help of my party.

There was some internal turmoil in the USWP, that had fueled my decision to leave the USWP, and never look back on that decision. I had joined America's Advancement Party, and was greeted with pleasure and respect. After 2009 ended, my activity slumped to two-clicking, some days more, some days not even visiting the website. I had decided I should retire from Congress.

That's where I got the wonderful idea to join several of the other eAmericans that had moved away to eAustralia.

Boy oh boy, I have a lot to learn..
