In the following days, you can expect us to:

1. increase activity in the military by keeping orders (both the Greasemonkey script and the National Defense Bulletin) up to date, and resuming use of the ePhilippines forums;

2. increase the size of the military by stepping up recruitment efforts, especially by the PMA;

3. set AFP internal policies (codes of conduct/rules and regulations (how much weapons to give per request, when not to give weapons, how to approve registration, etc.));

4. clearly define duties and responsibilities, and properly delegate powers and authority to commanding officers;

5. introduce a system of rewards and punishment for active personnel (e.g. extra weapons; decorations; medals; scholarship grants for Statecraft/Public Administration, Liberal Arts, and Journalism courses) and inactive personnel (e.g. reduced weapons, dishonorable discharge);

6. develop a full PMA curriculum, which will include a Basic Training Course, an Officer Training Course, and Basic and Advanced Military Strategy classes; and

7. more.

So that my responsibilities in the DND-AFP will not interfere with my work as Secretary of Education and Secretary of Pan-Dimensional Affairs, I will delegate specific duties and responsibilities to my deputies and COs so that they know EXACTLY what they should and should not do without my approval.
