Law Proposals - Open Discussions
Manong Rizal
My request to The Group for a new forum is still in pending, so I would like to ask anyone to comment and give their opinions on these Law Proposals.

Do you agree to transfer 2389 NLG from the country accounts to The Group | Financial Inv?
I have not voted for this yet. Although we all know that The Group will eventually pass this proposal, it is not a bad idea to discuss it and think about it.
My question is, what is this for? Is there a new project? For a company? For a reform on poverty? Institutional reform that needs financing? Aid for the babies? What is it?
Any of The Group Congress members, please do tell us. It would be really helpful so that misunderstanding and such do not rise and cause more division to this nation.

I love you eBelgium!

The Group are only soldiers from Romania. We do not need them. They should leave.
@Niemand, please post to the topic connection.
It really isn't good for the image of The Group - it does look like they're after the national treasury, and the fact that they don't discuss their plans openly doesn't make it look better either...
Yes. It would be nice to explain so that no more squabbles will arise. It's really saddening that this nation is very divided. I mean, it's already a given, it's impossible to kick them out nor any foreign power can beat the hell out of Flanders and give it to eUNL because US, and Romania are powerful nations.
Also, I think it was a stupid move for the British to attack. Now, US and its allies will have the justification to attack eUK and whoever supported them, including eUNL. So no matter whatever motives were present or whether Woldy was just drunk. It was not a good thing for them to even go all the way to Flanders, even though I respect that they want to free us from The Group (which some claim), but you know, we don't really know. What if eUK wants to occupy and control us as well?
Also, I will publish more open discussions for all to participate in.
My dream is for us to work with the Romanians, and maybe one day, they will give the government back or we eventually get it back through better planning and preparations? We don't really know what will happen, so why not take a positive and constructive approach.
A constructive approach is often the one to be preferred. Too many "real" Belgians (just take the one who "started" this discussion) scream for immediate action, kicking the Romanians out by force (as if that option was available) and believe in quick results. But what today's incident clearly shows, is that martial steps are pointless - Americans (and in the near future Romanians as well, I'm afraid) will keep bouncing any "liberator" out.
The other option is much more gradual, and some might say a boring one - resistance from within, using political ("democratic"😉 means. At this point, cooperation with the Romanians, better call them The Group Party to abstain from empty demagogy, should be preferred. The economy in this country should get a boost to make it attractive to stay in Belgium. I'm not really buying that The Group has any serious interest in reviving this country (that takes too long and isn't very exciting), but it would be better for their image to make some efforts, maybe lower the taxes (although I'm not sure that this wouldn't have negative effects on the local economy, but it would be a gesture of goodwill). In any case, they should communicate every action concerning the national treasury, to avoid accusations of theft.
But most of all, it would help if The Group showed some interest in this nation, or at least created that impression - set up better dialogue with the citizens, act as Belgians, not as foreign occupants. The struggle for the hearts of the Belgians is crucial.
Well said my friend. 😃
