President Impeachment
Do you want the current president of United Kingdom to end this office?
Sir Humphrey Appleby

I voted No. I'd only vote to impeach our democratically elected country president on grounds of gross incompetence, corruption, inactivity or strong will of the people. As I've seen no evidence of any of these, Appleby, remains the right citizen to lead the UK for the remainder of his term.

As there is still time on this proposal I'd encourage my fellow members of Congress to cast their vote against the impeachment law proposal.

The current votes stands as of 11:30 Day 2,404 of the New World;
9 YES votes to 7 NO votes

Citizenship Applications Approved

MarkTD
I approved Mark's application without question, this former UK citizen is a fantastic guy and the UK is a better place to have him once again more involved in our community in my opinion.

I hope you all join me in welcoming Mark back to the UK.

Closing thoughts

Once again I've hopefully given you an insight into how I've spent my time representing you in Congress. Once again I encourage comment however please let's encourage respect in public dialogue to set a positive example that elevates the quality of politics in our country. This should enable a more intelligent dialogue on public issues to attract all citizens to take part. So I ask you to bear this in mind with your own contributions.

A final note to new citizens please consider completing this Ministry of Finance form if you'd like some of the Emergy Fund Grants (the initial distributed of which will begin soon so keep an eye out for a MoF article...). You can also get food from the NHS if you are below level 30 (and fighting for a main stream UK mu etc.)
