1: Blood for the Sand God

Location: A desolate private venue in a remote location of the eUS
Time: 23:24 ERT
Date: 10th day of the 10th month in the 1010th year after the birth of our Lord and Savior: Dio Brando

“Guys, I really don’t think this is a good idea.” Paul Proteus stood on a diving board, after having climbed a 50 foot ladder, and was now preparing to jump into a sand tank full of hungry scorpions for the glory of Dio. “I mean, does Dio really *need* a human sacrifice? Didn’t we give him Neodymium last time TB was in office? Isn’t that enough?”

“Do you not believe our Lord deserves constant sacrifice and praise?” DMJohnson was one of the most devout Dioists in the cabinet. Of course he would be the one to make the man on the human sacrifice plank feel like he wasn’t doing enough.

“Yeah, but like, we gave Him a resource concession. Shouldn’t the resource be repaid to the patient and devout or whatever?” Paul whined some more.

“Clearly it hasn’t.” Yui spoke up. He was more vexed than anyone about having missed the eUS’s opportunity for fruit yet again. “Clearly we need to be doing more..”

“Yeah, but couldn’t we like, reach out to more of our tanks and better communicate? We could be more flexible with where we post our battle orders and stuff.”

“We already tried that.” Dinnyin, who had missed fruit the most recent time, spoke up in a stern voice. “More of a sacrifice is needed.”

“But then, why does it have to be me?” Paul just couldn’t stop complaining, could he?

“It is an honor and a privilege to serve the Sand God in such a way, Paul. You should consider yourself blessed.” The secret service agent behind Proteus on the diving board inched him forward. He was running out of plank to stand on. Soon, he would be forced to jump or fall.

I’m just saying, I don’t see how human sacrifice could get us any closer to our goal! Please, I don’t want to die again!”

It was zRTx who spoke up this time. “The Lord Dio works in ways that we can never understand. The Holy Mushrooms told us that Dio requires the sacrifice of a mediocre writer before we are to meet our fruit goal. It is not our place to question, it is our place to serve and worship and provide.”

Paul swallowed a lump in his throat. Was he really going to die? No, he decided, he was going to die for a purpose. He was going to serve both Dio and the eUSA. He straightened his back and prepared to speak his final words. “Guys..”

But before he could utter any more, the secret service agent pushed him into the scorpion tank. The entire rest of the cabinet watched as giant arachnid beasts ripped his body to shreds, and stained the sand with his blood.

“God, he was annoying..” Said Tyler.

“Hey RT, were you serious when you said there were holy mushrooms somewhere? I want to, uh, ‘experience holy visions’ too..” Carlos was the one to speak up now, over the sound of Paul’s agonized screams.

“Yeah, talk to Yui.” Was RT’s simple response.

The sacrifice was done, and now fruit would surely come our way.



2: Real Actual News (we still do that?)

Kongress is up to its usual drama. It’s just happening on private congress, so the plebs can’t see it. Huehuehuehue. But for real, here’s a summary of the non-classified bits.

A statistically significant number of the past 25 recent CS approvals have been permabanned, and a significant amount of those same 25 are now members of EZC’s Apolitical party. Representatives from EZC and from the party have assured congress that this is a result of organic recruiting, and that bots are not in use by them to influence either politics or the battlefield. Some congress members remain skeptical. A review of the IES process is being done.

AFA has grown by 6 members in the past 2 weeks. The executive is monitoring the situation.

On the ReWa front, hilariously, we missed fruit like 6 times in a row now. Yui envies death, says anonymous spokesperson.

We did collect cows, however, since last update, so that’s good at least.



ReWa requires very precise, up to the minute coordination of damage and walls. If you’re in the eUS and want to help, even if you don’t do a lot of damage, you should get on the eUSA discord and go to #warplanning whenever you see a resource we need soon to go up for allocation.



If you’re in EZC or the Pentagon MU (others may follow), battle orders will be relayed from #warplanning to the in-game chat room as they are posted.



Let’s do this! We have our sacrifice, so our pursuit of fruit should totally work this time!

Location, Oklahoma

The battle of Oklahoma. I knew it was going to happen but not in this way. I'm sitting here in the trenches with bombs going off. Commander barking orders, rookies screaming “so how do I use a resource token?” and me wondering how the hell I was going to not die from anything. My boss asked me to seek out answers regarding a few things and that was Resource Wars.

SO, I walked over to the first bunker and only I only heard of screams and saw the pain from soldiers who just came back from the battlefield barely alive.

“Where can I find someone to answer? I need answers?” I asked.

A nurse quickly pointed and said “two bunkers down you nitwit”.

SO, I walked out, took a deep breath from the ash falling down from within and turned right. I walked two bunkers down just as instructed by the nurse. I was first greeted by a long brown like curtain with insignias from what looked like past and present military Units in eUS. I walked pass the curtains with goosebumps that quickly developed and I helped my breath.

“Hey there, i was wondering if I can reach out to you and ask how we're doing in the Resources Wars and where we stand...” I yelped in hopes of a reply.


“Hello DSS” Said the voice. I could hear the voice but didn't see where it was coming from. Then, appearing from one of the four corners of the bunker was one of the most recognized players in the name. Chief of Staff, Blande.

I was excited and yelped knowing I would indeed get the answers I was hoping for. That we all are hoping for. Blande knows how to play the game.

He continued to walk towards me, I had already taken a seat at the sole table in the room. Blande sat across from me.

I continued... “ Im gathering up info for a WHPR article. how are we doing in the Resources Wars and where we stand”


“So far we are doing ok. We have had some close misses, but have used that to refine our process. In the coming days we will be ramping up our efforts to get resources as more rare and very rare resources come out.”

From an inside perch, I have to say that coordinating the resource wars is not an easy job. I truly commend the work Yui, Dinnyin and MelissaRose are doing in the background here. Trying to time it all is crazy and takes a lot more than you'll think

Especially with every country having their own priorities and plans

“Oh really? So is it a lot different than the last time around? I do see its a lot of work to put together. How does that go? Pen and paper and chart things out like they do in real society?”

”There are just a few differences from last time. I think the key difference here is that we are limited in the number of resources we can get to 10. Also, i think more countries have become better at doing this

We have a google doc developed by Yui that we use to coordinate all of this. It is a work of Art to be honest. I have no idea if that's suppose to be opsec

The sheet has a lot of special things in it that puts the paper and chart to bed to be honest. But even so, there is a human aspect to the sheet. We still need humans to do some of the leg work”

“Gotcha! Thats a lot of planning.. i like it.. Are you guys continues monitoring and reevaluating things often?”

”yes, the work continues all the time. We set up a channel with a lot of stakeholders where plans are discussed and we also discuss in the general channels some of the plans

What will be really helpful is if we could get more people who are ready to fight to come on discord where we coordinate. Damage coordination changes too quickly for us to use the forums or ingame chat for this. One moment we could be saying hit for USA, and then like 30 seconds later we have to reverse and hit against the USA in order to balance our dom points per minute. It is hectic but can only throughly be done on discord or telegram (preferably discord)”

“What advise would you have for someone new to war planning for anyone in eUS or eRep in general?”

”if you are truly interested in the intricacy of war planning, the first step is studying and understanding the military module. Then the next step will be contacting the defense department. In the eUS we are always looking people interested in the work we do in government. You get a starting position posting orders and eventually you rise to the strategy and planning positions.”

Soon afterwards, Blande got up and walked around. I sat there by myself. There was a long pause. I wondered what else I could add to the interview and the only thing that kept popping up in my head was; communication.

Communication is a huge key during the resource wars and as a public servant and private citizen i want to be “in the know’. Besides ongoing posts within eRep, forums and other sources.
