[VoeH] NAP between eHungary and eUkraine

eHungary and eUkraine agree on the following:

1. eHungary will keep the Subcarpathia.

2. The tax revenue generated by this region will be repaid to eUkraine at the end of each term, the 5th of the month, in one amount. eHungary also will pay 10000 currency per month for Subcarpathia on the 5th of the month.

3. Neither eHungary nor eUkraine will send an accepted NE against each other, or organising RWs against the other side. The two exceptions are:
-a training RW minimum one time per a week, which will organised before a previous compliance.
-In case Subcarpathia will be liberated, eHungary can start a Natural Enemy law upon consultation with each other.

4. The governments of the two countries will inform each other about any action which could affect the other country's sovereignty.

5. The agreement will renew every month, if it's not cancelled before by one of the contracting sides. The agreement can be cancelled by the end of 10th of every month.

Magyar verzió:

1. Magyarország megtartja Kárpátalja régiót.

2. Magyarország visszafizeti a Kárpátaljáról befolyt adóösszeget, illetve 10k cc bérleti díjat fizet havonta.

3. Sem eMagyarország, sem eUkrajna nem küld elfogadott hadüzenetet egymás ellen, illetve nem szervez felkelést a másik ország területén. Ez alól kivételek:
- Egy gyakorló RW, ami minimum heti 1 alkalommal kerül megszervezésre előzetes egyeztetést követően
- Kárpátalja felszabadulása esetén eMagyarország hadüzenetet küld eUkrajnának, szintén csak előzetes egyeztetést követően.

4. A két ország kormánya informálja a másikat minden olyan tevékenységről, ami hatással van a másik szuverenitására.

5. E szerződés minden hónapban megújul, amennyiben a szerződő felek nem indítványozzák felbontását. A megállapodás minden hónap 10. napjáig bontható fel.
