[US-AIM] Fighting the Good Fight
DMV3
Tonight I was all set to publish an update on Praetorian Guards, but instead I feel I need to explain some things about US-AIM. First though let me take the time to thank all of our troops for a successful battle in Aquitaine.
A couple days ago we were asked by President Artela to deliver a victory in Aquitaine against Serbia. In the spirit of cooperation we decided to bring the pain to Serbia. We are proud to say that not only did we deliver those results, we delivered even after Serbia made Aquitaine Campaign of the Day. The battle was closed by turning the walls in our favor in Division 2 and 3 in the final minutes of the campaign.
Three weeks ago I began approaching leaders of military units I felt would make good partners in an alliance of military units I was looking to create as a way to generate fun, help each group with recruitment, and most importantly use it to rebuild a community that has seen better days.
As most of you have read in the media over the last week, people have many ideas of what US-AIM should or should not be, but defining US-AIM is not their choice to make. Defining US-AIM is not even a decision I can make. I know some people want US-AIM to become political, others want it to cooperate with the government, and still others want it to just go away so the status quo can remain intact. What these people do not understand is that what makes US-AIM special is that the members MUs choose what US-AIM becomes. No single person has control and no one can make any person or group do anything against their will because membership is voluntary. Freedom of choice, and the free flow of ideas is what has created US-AIM, and those things are the only things that will keep it together.
Choice is also what makes independent military units special, because when a member chooses a military unit they are consenting to follow the rules and orders of that military unit. This is what makes both independent militias and US-AIM so revolutionary, no one person controls another. No one need bully another into submission because it only thrives through respect and cooperation. These qualities have long been missing from our great nation, but today marks a new beginning for our nation, Today is a new day in America.
Today we start the arduous task of making our country a place where we all want to work, fight, and play once again.
If you’re looking for fun, adventure, and a sense of community join one of our Military Units.

The coordination between the government and US-AIM was good stuff.
Welcome back!!! Colin FTW!!!
This is good and so is Colin being BACK!
Yep!
Oh, c'mon now. Don't take ALL the credit. It WAS well-done though. Nice work AIM!
Molly EMMA helped a little bit! 😛
Honestly though, it was a great team effort.
Good job everyone!

It is moments like this when I truly feel proud to be an eAmerican; massive thanks to all who made this a reality.
Great job everyone!
Also looking forward to winning battles/campaigns like these under the American flag.

So why, hours later, hasn't eUS invaded aquitaine?
Could be our MPP overlap...but actually looking at the situation instead of having a knee jerk reaction might be a bit much to ask, eh?
Seriously, it isn't difficult. An invasion isn't off the table because of them, but it does complicate things, as I'm sure you can (maybe) imagine.
And there you go:

Impatient, aren't you?
Serbia beat us to it.
Serbia doesn't have MPPs to worry about when they attack France.
well pfeiffer this is what we were told was going to ghappen. Obviously you cannot trust the government. So much for coordinated action.
And when Croatia and Albania came back to us with concerns, we should just ignore them? Come on, pull your head out.
So you left us for 48 hours without the region... Not to much to celebrate... Should be a god fight tomorrow... Are you coming?
This is what I hoped for out of US-AIM. This is what I want to see more of.
It was a great team effort with everyone engaged and having fun. That's exactly what we need.

Thanks to everyone that bled with us.
Great work everyone.

I like this initiative and I hope, as one of the eUSAF commanders to fight side by side with you to make our country cooperate in the upcoming wars.
Strength and Honour
Another Bush picture, this time paired with "Fighting the Good Fight?"
*facepalms*
Ah, the minority voice.😁 I'm proud to defend it!
This comment is purely about the ridiculousness of using Bush as a PR tool.
Oh, right on. The irony indeed. One of his great PR flubs. And I like the guy!
It is meant to be ironic Hawkie. Lighten up and have some fun.
I'm having tons of fun. But truthfully, the irony escaped me.
Personally, I like it
US-AIM = Fun
I like this article

Been seriously enjoying killing Serbs.
Thanks AIM!
Get some help... This is a game...
I'm in the Airforce (well I will be after graduating flight training today), someone from an AIM please explain why I should be in an AIM MU instead.
I'm a newb and don't really get the politics of it all yet.
Well first there is the fact we produce twice the damage of USAF, then you have the fact we're more fun, and finally because we tend to supply our troops better. 😃
