Hello and welcome to the latest edition of UK Today.

Today we have three topics on which to ramble, in addition to an update and message from our new CP, Temujin94.

In the news today:


-The importance of flying your flag

When you fight for your eCountry in any of the many battelfields presented to you, our enemies and allies can only tell who's hitting for who either by your recognisable name, or the picture in your avatar. Most of the eUK's Military Units contain the UK flag in some form or another in their avatar borders, the UK Army, Navy and Special Forces have especially prominent designs. However, not everyone wants to join the UK Armed Forces one of these units. This is why we have decided to offer to provide free UK flag avatar borders to all who request them!
Its simple, send a Private Message (PM) to Invalidation with a preferably 400x400+ pixels picture, and state that you would like it in a snazzy UK avatar border. Within 2 days, you'll be sent back a link to the finished image, and you can wear it with pride and instill our enemies with fear at our coming!

In your entertainment for this month we are running with a Pokemon theme. To that end, in this UK Today and in following issues, there will be pokemon hidden here and there. For those who wish to take part and be in with a chance of winning a prize and becoming a pokemon master, we are running a little competition called "Gotta Catch 'em All!". When you find yourself a pokemon in an article, send a PM to Invalidation with the name of the pokemon you've seen and where you found it. A record will be kept and whoever catches the most by the end of the month will be named pokemon master, and prizes will be given out to the best pokemon trainers.
There will also be some games on the forum with this theme, though not limitted to it! To make the most of the game in general, and to have the most fun and frolics, sign up now!



We have a new president, and a new cabinet to come with him. Temujin94 (the new president) has asked UK Today to assure everyone that his internet is completely reliable, not known to cut out randomly or any other silly things like that, but also that if everyone could please not impeach him that'd be great. Remember, the evil canadian warlord. 'TemujinBC' is definitely nothing like our benevolent Irish British democratically elected man of the people, 'Temujin94'.
