[UK Reform] First Party Announcement

Hello all!
I will be releasing an update every other day to detail the progress made with the ideas brought forward in my manifesto. This is the first of the month, to kick us off!

Congress Elections

We have opened up our thread regarding placement for congress elections. Anyone within the party wishing to run should apply for a congress placement before the 22nd. Why? I will be making placement choices on that date based on activity and how hard working you are.

The topic is on the UKRP private forum, however, you can send me over a PM about it, should you wish to run.

Policy Discussions

I have started a process to discuss an update to our policy as we believe it's a great way for a party to succeed if it has a policy to follow as guidelines. Several suggestions to the update have been made, including the formation of a short version of it in order to make it easier to read.

Relations with smaller parties

It was part of my manifesto for party president to build relations with smaller parties. Progress has been made so far on that and we are currently in discussions with PCP, WRP, ESO and UKPP regarding friendlier relations. The idea came about during a discussion with the PCP president last month, who is fond of the idea of more cordial and mutually beneficial relations.

In addition to this, it is likely that the UKRP will be running another party's candidates for congress.

Party positions

Quite a few people have agreed to work towards the party's interests this month. With that in mind, the following people have been assigned to two official positions within the party:

Viridi as Spokesman
Dnouser as Councillor

Food for party members

If anyone in the party requires food, then send me over a PM and I'll send you over 2000 energy units (1000 Q1 food; 500 Q2 food etc.). This will be a recurring theme for our membership with every article produced by the PP or vPP. We're here to help our own membership!
