[TUP] Frerk for south west of England!

Hey,

I'm Frerk, born on day 442, which is somewhere in February 2009.
In the congress elections coming up on the 25th I'll be running in the South West region for the Unity Party.

It would be a lie to tell you that I am going to change lots of things as congressman, because one congressman does not have the power to change stuff. While it does not lie in my power to change a law, we as the Unity Party will vote as one, and attempt to improve the UK as a whole.

My advise can be very much useful in this process. I have been Minister of Home Affairs, Raw Materials, Economic Affairs(combined Finance and Trade), Defense and Foreign Affairs in multiple countries. I have also been the Dutch Prime Minister, and I’ve been PHOENIX Secretary General twice trough out this year.
