[Swiss-CP] End of term report

My dear eSwiss friends,

Welcome to this end-of-term Presidential report. A lot of what had been done this month is already explained in this article, please give it a read if you haven't done it yet 🙂

Since the last Presidential report, a few things have been done :

- We received the rent for Graubünden for February, and January and February's rents have been donated to our Finance organisation.

- Ukraine is in the process of giving us back our taxes from last month, but as data of the income is missing for a few days it takes a little longer to calculate the income they got from us this month.

- It has been decided to let a Swiss player organise the Liberation War in Switzerland during next month because of the latest changes on this module, it has not been decided yet when, but this will be during the upcoming month ofcourse.

I'd like to thank you now again for the trust you put in me by electing me as country president of Switzerland.
