[SoL] Party Priorities

In my previous two articles, I announced my candidacy for the position of Party President of the newly formed Sons of Liberty and why I felt I was qualified. Today, I have decided to come up with two priorities I feel are essential to the growth of the SoL.

I. GROWTH

I cannot stress this enough. If we are go anywhere with this party, we'll need heavy recruiting efforts. If elected, one of my first acts will be to create a recruitment goal to exceed. For example, this month might be ten, the next twenty, and so on. I'm also considering making the Spokesman a sort of 'Recruitment Minister', so to speak.

To anyone who reads my newspaper and isn't part of the SoL, please consider joining. We are small, but I have a feeling we will grow. If you aren't satisfied with any of the other, overstocked parties, consider our humble little one instead.

II. ORGANIZATION

Speaking of this party, we need an organized platform. Many parties I've seen, their members hardly know what their party stands on different issues. That never clicked with me. If we want people to join, we want them to know why they should. Thus, we need to agree on some basic issues. To achieve this, I believe a meeting over IRC could be arranged.

However, one thing I vow to be is open to input. If any one of you disagree with my ideas, feel free to tell it to me. If you have any new ideas, also feel free to share.
