Join the new world

The agreement between the eRomanian and eUkrainian Governments is going on for a few month now and it was confirmed by both governments on 10-th of July.
As a reminder, these are the main conditions of the agreement:

CONDITIONS

The two sides agree to the following:

1.Four regions of eUkraine will be rented by eRomania (Bassarabia, Bukovina, Podolia, Polisia).
2. eRomania will pay to eUkraine a rent at the end of the month, consisting in 40000 cc, which will be payed every third of the month, plus taxes, payed at the end of each week.
3.eUkraine will not open RWs in these regions and will not fight there if a third party opens it.
4. If at some point, determination reset is needed or eRomania loses a region, eUkraine will set NE on eRomania at eRomania’s request, in order to return these regions listed above to eRomania.
5. If Ukraine's NE is blocked on another country, when Romania loses a region or it needs reseting determination, Romania can NE Ukraine.
6. New government will meet on tenth each month to discuss any eventual interferences. This agreement will automatically prolonged for the next month if in the 10th of each month is not declared the changes of any party.

Intelegerea cu Ucraina pentru inchirierea de regiuni a fost reinnoita in 10.07.2015. Aceasta continua in aceleasi conditii ca pana acum:


1.Patru regiuni apartinand eUcrainei vor fi inchiriate eRomaniei: Bassarabia, Bukovina, Podolia, Polisia.
2. eRomania va plati o chirie in valoare de 40000 cc, care va fi achitata in data de 3 a fiecarei luni, plus taxele, acestea fiind returnate la sfarsitul fiecarei saptamani.
3.eUkraina nu va deschide RW-uri in aceste regiuni si nu va lupta acolo, daca o alta tara/grupare le va deschide.
4. Daca la un moment dat, regiunile necesita resetarea determinarii, sau eRomania pierde una sau mai multe regiuni, eUkraina va seta NE pe Romania la cererea eRomaniei, pentru a se returna eRomaniei.
5. Daca NE-ul eUcrainei va fi blocat cand Romania pierde o regiune din cele enumerate, sau necesita resetarea determinarii, eRomania poate seta NE contra eUcrainei.
6. Noile guverne ale ambelor tari se vor intalni in data de 10 a fiecarei luni, pentru a discuta eventualele probleme. Prezenta intelegere se va prelungi automat in cazul in care guvernele nu au nimic de adaugat/obiectat.
