Navigating the foreign affairs landscape is always a tricky affair for eIndia, thanks to our strength or shortage thereof and the consequently disproportionate abundance of regions / resources. Not that we are ungrateful for the latter - it is our best bargaining chip after all.

It took us about 3 months of negotiations, wading through disagreements and conflicts to get the Croatia - Bulgaria - Macedonia - India NAP passed. It took less than 6 weeks for it to be annulled by the invasion of the Croatian regions & their subsequent wipe-out by Serbia. Our understanding and cooperation with Croatia during this incursion was above board. But here we are. Back to the drawing board.


Our agreement with our allies Bulgaria & Macedonia stands as is, with some minor changes. While I have no qualms in admitting that Serbia isn't our ally, they do plan to retain a base here. So it lies in our best interest to formulate a new agreement. Thus, after a successful round of fresh negotiations, this is the current regional distribution plan between India and the current 'tenants' - Bulgaria, Macedonia & Serbia.

~ All four nations agree to respect the division of regions and thereby uphold a Non-Aggression Pact. Hostile Resistance Wars in one party's rented regions will not be supported by the other three. All parties shall also work to deter hostile actions by any nation that jeopardize the interests of each other in the region.

~ India will retain North Eastern India (Iron), Jharkhand (Iron), Bihar (Cattle), Northern India (Fish), Uttar Pradesh (Fruit), Rajasthan (Fruit), Gujarat (Fruit), Kerala (Lime) with her.

~ India agrees to lease out Jammu & Kashmir (Fruit), Orissa (Deer), Chattisgarh (Cattle) & West Bengal (Grain) to Bulgaria for a rental of 60,000 cc per month - 15k cc for each Bonus regions.

~ India agrees to lease out Karnataka (Fruit), Andhra Pradesh (Sand), & Tamil Nadu (Clay) to Serbia for a rental of 30,000 cc per month - 10k cc for each region.

~ India agrees to lease out Maharashtra (Fruit) & Madhya Pradesh (Cattle) to Macedonia. A Training War shall commence shortly using Gujarat, Rajasthan & Northern India for TP, RH & FF medals.

~ The rentals shall be donated to the Dictator or President of India at the start of the term.

~ The agreement shall be renewed each month if all 4 parties consent to continue upholding the above terms.

The rentals shall be donated to the treasury by the eIndian Dictator / President & the elected Government shall use the funds to support our citizens as they see fit.

Announcements shall be made regarding the region return Resistance Wars that are to be subsequently started. For strategic purposes, they will be coordinated & timed between the 4 nations. So watch out for shouts on the public & MU channels.

Speaking of Military Units, the Azad Hind Fauj is back, b*tches ! A privately funded, kill-based dispatch scheme shall be started shortly. More on that later.
