MEDAL RUNS

After a bit of an oddly active two months in the eternal paradise of Congress, the following was agreed-

“To get Gov subsidy you need to respect other UK players’ medal runs, currently whoever's first at 20k in Air and 80m in D4.

Clear efforts to reclaim UK medals from non-UK players and lower divs doing their daily orders will always take priority.”

This was deliberately set on the low side to give newer/weaker players a bit of a chance and get their share of the medals in our eight training wars currently coordinated.

It’s hoped that recognising a level of common respect even in our would-be rivals should encourage people to stay more and generally make the place nicer to ‘game’ in.


MEDAL SNIPING

If you feel you’ve been robbed of a fair medal run then prod Huey, 11ue or myself with the details and we’ll have a look.

Initially we’ll try to talk things through and see if it was actually malicious; if it’s clearly repeatedly the latter we’ll temporarily ‘blacklist’ them from gov programs/renew if it’s still a problem.

If you feel you're being repeatedly targetted though then the easiest way for us to make your call is to provide a clear screenie of you first hitting the threshold for air and d4/doing your daily orders for 1-3.


THIRD-PARTY PLAYERS

Generally our partners and ourselves are expected to help turn a battle on the opposite side where needed, so shouldn’t be a concern if no other UK player has made a run themselves/you've eventually made one theirs.

If a ‘third party player’ is however trespassing (i.e. someone not under the same flag as the one we’re fighting), then gov is prepared to offer:

'>Knocking out third-party players who’ve made UNDER 40k in air and 150m on ground is considered civic duty but is claimable for £5k

>Reclaiming third-party players who’ve made ABOVE 40k in air and 150m on ground will get you the original £10k bounty

>Having to reclaim against third-party players who’ve made a run above 80k in air, 300m on ground will DOUBLE the bounty to £20k'

On these if you could send 11ue or myself the details - link to the battle, round/div and if possible the player claimed against - we’ll drop off the bounty and update the books our end.

This is so we can also identify repeat offenders and if necessary drop a message to our colleagues abroad.
