"New" Wage System

Greetings,
I would like to introduce a new different system of wage payment.
Instead of the usual, old, "taxed" payment of USD (or whatever currency you use), you have the option to earn either finished products, or "tax-free" USD. (280 USD after taxes is only 229.6 USD.)
If you take this offer, you will earn products (q5 food/q6 weapons) or 255 USD that's worth more than the current highest pay (after taxes) on the job market. By getting paid in this new wage system, you don't have to pay income tax to the government, so you keep more cash in your pocket!
Here's the idea. Work for me each day. On the next day, I will pay you with a portion of what you'd produce, if you choose products as your payment. That's either 100 q5 food or 8 q6 tanks. You just let me know which product you want.
If you choose 255 USD as your payment, then I will send this amount of money to you on the next day after you work for me.

After applying for my job, PM and let me know if you want either food, tanks, or 255 USD as your daily wage. Then I will start paying with new wage on the next day. You can switch to the other option later if you want to.

Do you offer profit sharing?
Those taxes you pay go right into defending all of us from ONE. Remember that every time you dodge taxes.
Doing that is a lot of work on your part, but advantageous to both you and your workers.
To Kaaron, the money saved goes to the war too, everything does sooner or later, it's just a matter of who decides. Admittedly, taxes would pay for "tanks" (high damage players), whereas taxes not paid would usually go to lower damage players.
@Greystran😛 yes, it's true that almost all funds end up going towards a war effort, but you have no idea which war effort. there's really no way of knowing for whom your employees are fighting. on the other hand, taxes go to the eUS war effort, no questions about it, and it goes to both tanks and noobs (see MoW and b4n).
no profit sharing? then what's your advantage?
The profit share is 50% i.e. you get half of the goods you manufacture or the equivalent market related price. A little higher actually since the cost of Raws is covered by Mr. DokJon.
actually no, the profit sharing system is instead of you paying a salary, you pay out a percentage of your total profits. the more profits you make, the more the employees make. if prices nosedive, then our salaries nosedive. the owner mostly makes less but usually guarantees a loyal following of employees.
or you could do what I do and pay out a salary AND profit share which is the best system for employees because even if prices fall 80% they are still getting a set salary.
