[Proposed] #Indianarmy Program

Hello eIndians,
I am back with my proposal for #indianarmy program after seeing such a great response to my first article on #indianarmy program. I have tried to present this keeping in mind all the things.
NOTICE:This is just my proposal, if the government likes to implement it or wants to make some amendments to it and then agrees to implement it, then it's most welcomed.
DISPATCH SYSTEM
1. No. of Dispatchers
There should be 12 dispatchers present, each should be given responsibility to dispatch for 2 hours a day. The 12 dispatchers should be selected for every month by the government.
2. Divisions
WEPS: Dispatching should be ON to DIV 1,2,3,4 in war time. when there is no war, only DIV 1 should get weps (Q5,Q6) dispatch, so that it assists new comers in entering the DIV 2.

😨Dispatching should be ON to DIV 1,2,3,4 always.
REWARDS SYSTEM
There should be a reward system present for all divisions. Rewards should be given on weekly or maybe monthly basis, whatever is applicable.
Based on maximum no. of food fights, rewards be given as,
DIV 1
1. 500
2. 400
3. 300
DIV 2
1. 600
2. 500
3. 400
DIV 3
1. 700
2. 600
3. 500
DIV 4
1. 800
2. 700
3. 600
(All values are in Rupees)
Once again, let me tell you this is just a proposal, government can reduce the reward amount further but should keep the relative ratio intact.
EREPTRACKER
There should be a website where we can apply for food & weps and also track our requests,
It will be really helpful if it also displays the data about the rewards system.
This is just a proposal from me, don't take it otherwise. It's open to good ideas from all my fellow eIndians. If you want to say something please say so in the comments below...

bhishk u can track ur request in ereptracker if u register in it ...please ask if u dont know dont write articlles

i am registered in ereptracker, it's there but nowdays we apply for weps on a different website, i meant ereptracker should be working for that, that's why i have given the heading ereptracker in the article..
Why dont you use Google Documents instead of ereptracker?
It's much easier.
Good article, but the rewards, are less according to me..c'mon man, I'd earn that in a week by just working. 800 INR is less...should be in thousands.. I understand that the govt. is going in a loss, so let the ones who deserve it - have it. The more active ones get rewards (like Top 10 or Top 15) whereas the less active ones don't.
@bhishk u can also track request in the new tool if u regiter in it.......get in touch with akshay he will inform u. and moreover its a temporary tool only used for war the dispatch will be provided in ereptracker in future.

I would like to see the reward system reversed. the lower div getting more than the higher div.
the problem still stands at the econimics of it all in the long run.
i plan to revamp and re-work the indianarmy in the next month, when i dont have to run around getting other things done.
would love to have you in the team to plan and work.
@bhisk good idea but I think we should only give rewards to Div 1 & 2 players.

😒 good idea but the reward system u said shud be widened a more. The rewards shud and the ppl to receive it also shud be abt 10 in the min
