I regret to inform you that one of my own (Thato Kahn, a newer member of the Liberty Legion) has been over enthusiastic and proposed an unauthorised NE against eBrazil. He has not been very active on the forums and probably doesn't realise how serious this is, but that is no excuse.

I ask Congress to please vote against this unauthorised NE proposal, and to take whatever steps are deemed necessary.

I also take responsibility as PP of the Liberty Legion for not ensuring that something like this does not happen.
