[Phoenix]Rhone Alps and New Headquarters

Dear citizens of Phoenix and France,

We are glad to announce that after several negotiations, Hungary and France have come to an agreement regarding the Rhone Alps.

The region will be rented by Hungary for 4 months, with the starting date of 1 July. Payments will be 1150 Gold for July, 1150 Gold for August, 1450 Gold for September and 1450 Gold for October.

The sides have to possibility to extend the lenght of the rental if they are both satisfied with the cooperation. Otherwise at 1st of November France will launch a resistance war in Rhone Alps and Hungary will return the region.

Both sides were happy with this agreement and we look forward to working with France, a country that we hold in high regard, in the future.
