Maybe you dont know, but in Peru we have the purple corn.

With that ancient vegetable, we make one of our most famous drink: Chicha Morada

With boiled purple corn, boiled piece of pineaplle, lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon.

And a sweetneat named Mazamorra Morada.

Here im Peru we have not only purple corn, we have 56 types of different corns with different colors!
