[MoHA] Presentation and Program (December´16)

Dear eBelgian Citizens,
In this first article as my term as MoHA and MoFUN I would like to present my program that's maybe not too much, but I don't want to end my term without trying to at least do something and communicate with you.
Actually, I don't have a team and will act as Minister of Home Affairs and Minister of FUN all by myself. But that doesn't mean that I want to be alone, therefore, if anyone have ideas and is willing to help in these aspects of our society, let me know (write me a message) and I will try to include you in the Ministries.
My main goal this month will be to increase the activity in eBelgium, especially in socialization among members of this community, to strengthen internal relationships so we can create a cohesive and fun community.
To achieve this, I made a simple plan made of few steps:
- Create games with prizes paid by private funds;
- We might try to start a supply program that would be financed by the state as well, but since this is just an idea we haven't discussed yet, I cannot promise you anything;
- Interviews with some notable figures in our society (I will try to do at least 2 this month);
- Meetings on various IRC channels or something (Discord, check bellow) to share our cultural differences like food, music, movies, sports etc…
- Survey towards the end of the month covering a variety of topics.
First thing I would like to do as MoHA is to present you a brand new way to socialize and communicate, and that's Discord. That is why we mentioned that this is just an idea, not a certainty. Financial consideration have to be accounted for before starting such a program.
The way you try to appropriate tax money to a specific party is disturbing. Stockpiling money is not doing any good either. We have to re-invest it. But I agree that starting a non-sustainable supply program won't work, which is why we need to discuss this before implementing anything.
Also any use of public money will be voted upon by congress of course.
I have no problem to re-invest. But before think about give away programme we need to secure the country, what BSA did perfectly
And i still waiting our training war, if you have ni time why you want be Président?
Secure the country? Please do explain the threats? I don't see any of our neighbor harboring ill intents towards us.
How was (and why not anymore?) BSA ensuring the security against those threats?
As you say yourself, it was your training war. I'm discussing with the eUK CP and my own team if we want to go forward with it. It seems that we will since it'll be a great boost to activity, but I don't see why you'd assume I have no time to do my job. I don't want to rush into bad or uninformed decisions.

Nice program. Probably won't do all of it, but if some of it is done, it's already a good thing. My favorite are the games and the interviews. But do first what gives the most fun to you, because if you enjoy doing it, the result will look even better. Good luck.

Also, it is not written in my program as MoHA, because I am planning that to be organized from my personal newspaper , but I am planning a surprise for all eBelgian citizens. 😉
