Covenant of NAP and Rent between eRepublic of China, ePhilippine and eIndonesia

This NAP is created based on the benefits and faith towards to future friendship of both nations. After detailed discuss and careful considerations, Officials of eROC, ePhilippine and eIndonesia had came to term to propose the limited time NAP(Non Aggressive Proposal) and Rent Agreement. All the terms are explained as following and should be abided by both nations out of good faith and intention of peace keeping:

1. eROC and eIndonesia are not going to involve into matters of the follow region: Visayas. The regional affairs will be handled by ePhilippine government.

2. eROC, ePhilippine and eIndonesia are not going to create any NE proposal towards to each other within agreed period of NAP.

3. eROC is going to rent the following regions: Palawan and Luzon with 45G in 31 days, and eIndonesia is going to rent the following region: Mindanao with 15G, also in 31 days. The fees are going to pay from the date of signing.

4. eROC and eIndonesia are going to return following regions: Mindanao, Palawan and Luzon after the end of this agreement, if there is no countries involve in this agreement give any suggestion of renewal, or special proposal.

5. ePhilippine are going to support eROC and eIndonesia, in the Resistant War
between Palawan, Luzon and Mindanao, if there are any Resistant wars occur in these
regions.

6. If there are any violations occurring to this NAP pact from either side of the parties, this agreement is voided and possible military actions
would not be prevented.


7. This NAP is going to be published in both English and Chinese Mandarin via in-game media (News Article) for reference, and will be made official by the signatures of CPs of all the involve nations. All nations are obligated to inform their allies the full detail of this NAP in order to prevent any action caused by the third party to damage
the agreement.


8. This Agreement is going to effect from the date of signing, until 31 days past or gives any urgent or special proposal.

Ang Kasunduan ng NAP at pag-upa sa pagitan ng eRepublika ng Tsina (Taywan), ePilipinas at eIndonesiya

Ang kasunduang ito ay nabuo batay sa mga benepisyo at paniniwala sa mabubuong pagkakaibigan ng mga kabilang na bansa. Matapos ang mga masinsinang pagtalakay at pagsaalang-alang, napagkasunduan ng mga kinatawan ng mga bansa na magpanukala ng panandalian na NAP(Kasunduan ng Hindi Pagsalakay)

at Kasunduan ng Pag-upa. Pinapaliwanag sa baba ang mga napag-kasunduan na dapat sundin ng mga kabilang na bansa para sa layunin ng kapayapaan at dala na rin ng kanilang kagandahang-loob:

1. Hindi makikialam ang eTaywan at eIndonesiya sa usapin ng rehiyon ng Kabisayaan. Ang pamahalaan ng ePilipinas ang bahala sa rehiyong ito.

2. Hindi maaaring magsimula ng digmaan ang eTaywan, ePilipinas at eIndonesiya sa pagitan ng isa't isa sa loob ng napagkasunduang panahon.

3. Uupahan ng eTaywan ang Palawan at Luzon sa halagang 45 ginto sa loob ng 31 araw, at uupahan ng eIndonesiya ang Mindanao sa halagang 15G sa loob din ng 31 araw.

4. Ibabalik ng eTaywan at eIndonesiya ang Mindanao, Palawan at Luzon pagkatapos ng kasunduan, kung wala sa tatlong bansa ang nagmungkahi ng pagpapanibago ng kasunduan.

5. Susuportahan ng ePilipinas ang eTaywan at eIndonesiya, sa mga himagsikan sa Palawan, Luzon and Mindanao, kung magkaroon man.

6. Kung may hindi sumunod sa kasunduang ito, ito ay mawawalan ng bisa at hindi mapipigilan ang mga posibleng kilos ng militar


7. Ang kasunduang ito ay ilalathala sa balita sa wikang Ingles at Intsik para sanggunian, at mabibigyang bisa ng lagda ng pangulo ng mga kabilang na bansa. Obligado ang mga kabilang na bansa na ipaalam sa mga kapanig ang mga detalye ng kasunduang ito para mapigilan ang anumang gawain ng mga hindi kabilang na maaaring makasira sa kasunduang ito.

8. Ang kasunduang ito ay may bisa mula sa petsa ng paglagda hanngang sa 31 araw matapos maliban na lang kung may panibagong kasunduan.

Anlaşma NAP ve Kiralama maddelerini içerir. eRoc, eFilipinler ve eIndonezya ile yapılan uzun görüşmeler sonucu anlaşmaya varılmıştır. belirlenen süre içinde taraflar arası Anti-Agresiflik ve Kira anlaşması yapılmıştır. Bütün şartlar anlatılmış ve taraflar aşağıdaki şartlarda anlaşmış olup barışı korumakla yükümlüdür.

1. eROC ve eIndonesia Visayas'ın iç işlerine karışmayacaktır. Bölge tamamen Filipinler mülkiyetinde olacaktır.

2. eROC, ePhilippine ve eIndonesia belirlenen süre içinde birbirine NE önermeyecektir.

3. eROC Palawan ve Luzon'un 31 günlük kirası olarak 45g verecektir. eIndonesia Mindanao'nun 31 günlük kirası için 15g verecektir.

4. eROC ve eIndonesia belirlenen süre sonunca toprakları yeni bir anlaşma veya düzenleme olmazsa teslim edecektir.

5. ePhilippine RW lerde eROC veya eIndonesia ya karşı savaşmayacaktır.

6. Eğer anlaşma koşulları bir taraf tarafından çiğnenirse tarafların askeri hareket gerçekleştirmemesi garanti edilemez.

7. Bu anlaşma medyada Çince ve İngilizce yaynlanarak devreye girecektir. Taraflar zararları önlemek için müttefiklerini bilgilendirmekle yükümlüdür.

8. Bu anlaşma imzalanma tarihinden itibaren 31 gün süreyle geçerlidir
