Chileans, friends and allies

In anticipation of the tournament "Operation Burning Base" and to provide their citizens with TP damage the governments of Australia and Chile have agreed on a training war according to following schedule:

1) The Training War will start on erep day 2872 and end on day 2878.
2) Australia will declare NE on Chile followed by Chile declaring NE on Australia.
3) The following regions will be involved in the TW: Victoria (AUS), Tasmania, (AUS) Otago (Chile) and Zona Austral (Chile).
4) Australia will start the war and attack Chile in Otago.
5) If one the countries involved will have occupied two of the in point 3 mentioned regions of the other country, it has to lose the next battle.
6) The Training War will end with both countries proposing No-NE-laws, both countries making sure that the region Otago has to be occupied by Chile at the time of ending the war. If Chile will have occupied regions in Australia at the time of ending the war, it will free those regions starting Resistance Wars.

Chilenos, amigos y aliados,

Atendido el torneo "Operación Burning Base" y para proporcionar a sus ciudadanos la posibilidad de hacer daño vía TP, los gobiernos de Australia y Chile han acordado una guerra de entrenamiento de acuerdo a las siguientes cláusulas:

1) La guerra de entrenamiento se iniciará el día erep 2872 y finalizará el día 2878.
2) Australia declarará NE a Chile seguido por Chile declarando NE a Australia.
3) Las siguientes regiones participarán en el TW: Victoria (AUS), Tasmania, (AUS), Otago (Chile) y la Zona Austral (Chile).
4) Australia comenzará la guerra y atacará a Chile en Otago.
5) Si uno de los países involucrados ocupa dos de las regiones del otro país, mencionadas en el punto 3, tiene que perder la siguiente batalla.
6) La guerra de entrenamiento terminará con ambos países proponiendo leyes de No NE, asegurándose de que la región de Otago sea ocupado por Chile al momento de poner fin a la guerra. Si Chile hubiera ocupado regiones en Australia al momento de poner fin a la guerra, se van a liberar esas regiones por medio de guerras de resistencia.
