[MoFA] Training War Agreement - eUkraine

I would like to update our Training War agreement with eUkraine.

Starting from the day 4,360 of the New World the training war between eUkraine and eIndonesia will be established.

Rules of the agreement:

1. Training War will be held in Lesser Sunda Islands (Ukraine) and Java (Indonesia) regions.
It is ping-pong TW.

2. Both sides lose direct battles unless the both sides agree to do the opposite.

3. In case eUkraine accidentally win direct battle they should liberate the occupied province and lose next direct battle.

4. Training War will be stopped by request of one of the two parties.

5. In case of high determination sides can request changing of the regions and as a result eUkraine can be replaced to another one region. Or eUkraine can invite eIndonesia to their cores in order to continue the TW.

6. On 5th of each month eUkraine should pay taxes from region to eIndonesia.
