[MoFA] Rental agreement between eRussia and eBelarus starting Day 4,135

I. PREAMBLE

The next agreement is signed by the governments of Russia and Belarus and operates within 1 month, starting with 4,133 days with automatic continuation, until both sides agree to cancel it.

Ii CONDITIONS

Both countries agreed on the following:

1. The region of Vitebskaya will be leased to eRussia. eRussia may transfer this region to a third country, if necessary (with the consent of the eBelarus governments).
2. eRussia pays an annuity due of 35,000 сс + taxes that will be paid every Sunday; All payments will be done by contribution to the country budget.
3. Belarus will not start an uprising in these regions and will not fight there if it is opened by a third party.
4. If at any moment eRussia loses the region, eBelarus will pass it on to Russia, by NE from Belarus side.
5. The contract is valid from the moment of signing, and continues by default, till one of the side will cancel this agreement by written article in official newspaper.
