Dear citizens of the eNetherlands,

Ever wondered what is up with our neighbours Germany, Norway, Belgium and the United Kingdom? The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been enquiring how our neighbours are doing! Thanks to the helpful replies by Government officials of the mentioned countries, we hope to inform you about the events just around our corner.

Germany (Freiheitskaempfer)

The situation in Germany is pretty much back to normal. Bulgaria decided days ago to end the Turkish train wars, meaning our train war with the turks was in danger as well. They attacked Turkey in Hesse and wanted to kick them out of Germany. Fortunately Code was able fight back and March into France, our train war is still ongoing. Because of that the USA had a short visit in one of our southern regions but went west pretty fast to kick Bulgaria out of Central Europe. I have to admit I didn't follow the map but iirc both the US and Bulgaria are gone now.

Our train wars with Taiwan and Denmark were not affected at all.

We'd like to thank the Netherlands for the train war during the last months, it was a pleasure and I think it was profitable for both our sides. I hope we that we'll meet again when the determination is back to a normal level.

Belgium (Curlybear)

-Any PTO threats?

Nope, not at the moment. Our community has been getting smaller recently like many other countries, and I don't think politics play a big part in the game anymore. We're open to everyone's ideas and suggestions so there is no real need for radical changes in the country one way or another.

-How is your TW with Sweden?

It's been great! We have good communications going on with their government and each country respects the other when it comes to medals and when to open battles. We're very happy to have entered this training war with them.

-How are you experiencing the latest real wars in Belgium?

It hasn't really affected us much at all. Our neutral and isolationist stance in addition to our small size keeps us out of most players radar until they stumble onto us. The only real interaction with had with real wars recently was the airstrike from Georgia onto Sweden which was targeted upon Wallonia, one of the regions part of our training war with Sweden. Hopefully, we've been able to help Sweden keep them out and went on with our training war without any hiccups.

Norway (Xibbard & hans erik)

Well, we are dealing with the PTO 'stuff' ATM.

Other than that: TW's are going great,
New elections in 2 days, So Hans will take over, You might want to ask him about all kinds of stuff he plans to do.

----

Do you have any plans for Norway this month?
Hm don't really have many plans.

Our 2 TW partners will probably switch regions. Some citizen programs would be great but we will see..

I guess i could tell you we have a PTO problem we are a bit afraid of, and haven't had congress elections for some time. Some internal conflicts whether we should have that or not, so maybe we will try that this month.

United Kingdom (Huey George)
We asked Macedonia and Bulgaria to wipe us so we could remove our Congress, so we could regain control of our citizenship passes to guard against the threat of continued undiscerning use of citizenship passes to achieve supermajority for one group in Congress / the UK, an external PTO.

However, at the same time, the very active war between Asteria, Hydra and Pro-Asteria / Hydra sphere of countries and Code and Pro-Code sphere of countries has also transformed our map, with Bulgaria and Macedonia being removed by Croatia, Turkey, Greece and Argentina. (Although Argentina, Croatia, Turkey at the time agree to ensure all RWs fail so we wouldn't get a Congress to help our PTO efforts)

Now the war continues in the British Isle with Romania outnumbered by Code and Code friendly nations and we remain wiped. This probably needs to come to an end for either side before we can discuss options and liberation.

We also installed a Dictatorship to really ensure we could take all control away from the PTOers

Hope this helps explain things o/.
