Mediante el presente documento los gobiernos de Venezuela y Chile han acordado una guerra de entrenamiento (TW) sujeto a las siguientes cláusulas:

1. La TW entre Venezuela y Chile se desarrolla en las regiones venezolanas de Zulian, Venezuela Andean, Llanos y Guayana.

2. Las regiones Venezuela Capital, Central Venezuela y Central Western Venezuela quedaran excluidos de la guerra de entrenamiento.

3. Chile ganará las batallas directas, Venezuela ganara las guerras de resistencia (RW). Ambos países respetarán el orden establecido de batallas. Tanto Chile como Venezuela proporcionarán ayuda militar al otro si por alguna razón se necesita corregir el marcador en una campaña.

4. Chile no puede atacar a otro país desde las regiones venezolanas sin la autorización previa del gobierno venezolano.

5. Chile devolverá los impuestos recaudados en las regiones venezolanas cada semana y los depositara en la cuenta estatal de Venezuela.

6. Venezuela se reserva el derecho de aperturar las RW a su conveniencia en el horario que el Ministerio de Defensa de Venezuela así lo decida. En caso de que el Ministerio de Defensa de Venezuela decida perder una RW, deberá informar al Gobierno de Chile apenas inicie la batalla.

7. Para coordinar el lanzamiento de los ataques, se creará un grupo de coordinación entre ambos gobiernos en WhatsApp.

8. La duración de este acuerdo será de un mes a partir de la fecha de la firma y se renovará automáticamente excepto que uno de ambos gobiernos esté en desacuerdo al momento de la renovación.

The governments of Venezuela and Chile have agreed to a training war (TW) subject to the following clauses:


1. The TW between Venezuela and Chile takes place in the Venezuelan regions of Zulian, Venezuelan Andean, Llanos and Guayana.

2. The regions Venezuelan Capital, Central Venezuela, and Central Western Venezuela will be excluded from the training war.

3. Chile will win the direct battles, Venezuela will win the wars of resistance (RW). Both countries will respect the established order of battles. Both Chile and Venezuela will provide military assistance to the other if for some reason the marker needs to be corrected in a campaign.

4. Chile can not attack another country from the Venezuelan regions without the prior authorization of the Venezuelan government.

5. Chile will return the taxes collected in the Venezuelan regions each week and deposit them in the Venezuelan state account.

6. Venezuela reserves itsself the right to open the RWs at its convenience and at the time the Ministry of Defense of Venezuela so decides. In the event that the Venezuelan Ministry of Defense decides to lose an RW, it must inform the Government of Chile as soon as the battle begins.

7. To coordinate the launching times of the attacks, a coordination group will be created between both governments on WhatsApp.

8. The duration of this agreement will be one month from the date of signature and will be renewed automatically except that one of the two governments would disagree.
