Dear Bosnia & Herzegovina,

Once again for emergency reasons, another communique must be published in relation to the event of Airstrike law proposal by his Excellency, CP of Montenegro. This time by the CP of Bosnia & Herzegovina.

Like the similar reasons we have given to Montenegro, the same reasons apply here. Not sure if James is weedcraze or not but we Netherlands do not wish to raise that 1287 confirmed cases with once again a flight divertion to Banja Luka or Sarajevo.
