Hi, citizens of eJapan !
At last our congress approved one law ! Please, lets encourage them so they will approve the next one this year :3
The law
Now enough joking.
Org Rental
As some of you will know, we will rent some National Orgs this month. Now that we have the law approved we can finally start doing it. Any citizen of eJapan can rent an org, the only thing you have to do is:
1) Send an MP to the Minister telling him you want to rent. Here: http://www.erepublik.com/es/citizen/profile/4720651
2) Once we have the list of applicants, we will do a little research to ensure you are legit.
3) The congress will approve the list of applicants and then we will send you an MP with further instructions.
The rental will last 30 days since you receive the Org. The price will be around 10k cc.
New donation system
It is not a secret the eGovernment of eJapan is short of money, so we want to offer a way to donate money to the treasury for those who are willing to help.
Some Orgs were banned for receiving not legal donations, so we can’t open a direct donation system.
The new donations system is simple, just PM me about the quantity you want to donate. Once you sent the money to me, we will send it directly to the country treasure. We will record all the donations in our gdoc so you can see them. For those who wish to donate anonymously we will keep their identity as a secret.

Will someone actually pay such a high price? At least in monetary it's hard to get enough revenue to cover the expenses.
It is a standard prize for the rentals, nearly all the ecountries use the same. And you can earn enough to pay that.
My experience is that there are far more cheaper orgs available in the eWorld. To cover the expenses with this current price person will need big enough capital to start with. Of course, it's great if we can get more income to our country this way.
Also, was a safety deposit considered? I mean that person renting the org would transfer some money to gov which he would get back when the rent period ends. This could be done to cover at least for some expenses in case org gets banned because of "dirty money". Hopefully the background check works and this never happens but you can never be too careful considering that new orgs can't be made anymore.
10k were to much. Last month nobody wanted to rent orgs for this price.

10K is cheap. If there is another country that rent them more cheap, go and rent them in that country.
