[MoF] Ministry of Finance: Report 1

First of all receive my cordial greeting all citizens. I introduce myself for those who do not know me, I'm pamadapa the current Minister of Finance / MoF (Governor according to eRepublik).
I was designated by our CP "Kusuri Uri", I requested by have me in mind for this function (if they had not thought appoint another person). As many will know, I am not Pakistani RL but in my heart I feel so (as you will notice my English is too bad, so do not pretend that I learn Urdu 😃, imagine how bad it would do).
A little comic aside and continue, I'm in eRepublik since 2009, in ePaksitan took more than one year.
I have some knowledge of Finance in eRepublik, since it also perform as Manager of a eBank where I have always done with the agreement. I was also Minister of Education in eNew Zealand, and other things in my long stay in this game.
I do not want to make it very heavy, but I thought it necessary that those who do not know me, know something about me.
I've always had a principle that governs my actions: honesty and transparency. I think the economy of a country is very important and should be public information to all citizens in the eCountry.



I have planned (if my time RL allows me) 3 reports; one at the beginning (is this), another in the middle of the Government and another at the end. Unfortunately there are no previous reports of Finance in Pakistan, but look forward and hope that from this moment start working seriously and that we should demand (as it is our right as a citizen) to know what happens in our Country.
Let's start now the report and the explanation of some issues and to be better understood I divide it into sections:

I - PUBLIC TREASURY & INCOME

On the day 2572 (eR) start with a Treasury: 25.01 Gold and 885088.05 PKR
Right now our main revenue source comes from tax revenues. In the previous days (which was when I started taking notes) we had lower revenues compared to today.
So income is 885088.05 PKR for 888253.93 PKR and our balance is positive, with a slight profit of 3165.88 PKR

II - EXPENDITURE

10000 PKR was spent in signing MPP with Poland
So far, the analysis in this report has not been spent on something else (unless told to sign MPP) and it is clear that at present there is no budget for the Ministry of Defense and other ministries.

III - BALANCE

In relation to Gold, the Treasury remains constant at 25.01
Treasury decrease from 888253.93 PKR to 878253.93 PKR
Keep in mind also that the state has spent 10000 PKR in the signing of an MPP. Recovery is slow but when our revenues remain slightly upwards.

IV - ePAKISTAN ORGS

In this issue I must make clear that I have no knowledge of how many and which are, as the President has so far not given me information and access to them.
These Orgs are a very useful source because they allow speculate on the Monetary Market and although it is a risk, usually when used correctly and with a little knowledge, usually give an additional profit, so that they have a fundamental value for our Nation and therefore should be used with care because can not be create new organizations.


V- GOALS

The Ministry of Finance is an important part of the National Cabinet. Has the responsibility for administering the money of the eCountry.
My personal goals is to achieve transparency in the administration, manage and make efficient use of Pakistan money, inform, advise and encourage citizens to have a prosperous economy. Achieving an increase of treasure and at the end of my term have a surplus in the Treasury. For all this I will have to the support of the President, Congressmen and Citizens.
Not my will "no spend", it is used with moderation and according to the needs of the country and its people.



FINAL COMMENT

Obviously a Country with a good economy is a Country Strong in all areas. Our incomes are low because we own two regions at moment, it also brings with production in our Country is not the best. However I ask the citizens working for businessmen and Paksitanies producers, buy products to our citizens in the Marketplace. This brings a whole benefit and activates the economy of our citizens and the Country.
Although in my opinion the previous Government have been acts of corruption or poor management, since the former President and Governor said they had bought food for the AS and Q7 weapons (these last never have I seen or am aware which have he delivered the current government) but do not pretend to speak ill of anyone, it is just my opinion and we should think well when voting on election day

As I said, our incomes are relatively low, so it should be a thorough evaluation when deciding where to spend the money in our Country.
Without a treasure to cover the costs for signing MPP or other additional expenditures, we go way to the geopolitical isolation and bankruptcy in the treasure.
However our situation is not so negative, it's just a little cooperation among all and be smart in order to achieve a better and prosperous Pakistan.
