[MoD] Writing down ideas for the coming month

Today I come to you with a brief summary of the changes within the Ministry of Defence I’ll be suggesting throughout the month. With no further stalling I’ll jump right in it.

Internship
Granting new players a chance to develop them in a Ministry is a key factor in this month, therefore I’ll be supporting this and will be accepting some people to attend and learn throughout the month. Giving people a chance to learn through this month could be a step up for something bigger next month. Anyone can apply but only few will be elected of course.

MU Rankings
The firepower behind eUK are our trusty Military Units who fight for eUK’s interest daily, we’ll be supporting them through adding Rankings in an article which will run every 2 days. These articles will give a great summary of biggest damage output, most kills and a lot more! Maybe even do a look of the day for one MU every 2 days, to bring the spotlight to EVERY Military Unit which gives them a moment to shine.

MU Competition
Nowadays Military Units CO’s are all about mine has the biggest damage, why shouldn’t we support this battle with a fair competition? There will be a small price for the winner but it’s more an act of appreciation, they can title themself as highest damage of eUK for a certain period. Of course this goes hand in hand with the above named ‘MU Rankings’.

More active orders
This is where Jamesw jumps in, because of my own daily situation. As i’m working quite a lot and I’m only around at evenings Jamesw can get the orders up in the early mornings keeping our soldiers up to date. Therefore i’m extremely thankful for Jamesw teaming up with me.

Board of Commanders
As MU’s are our damage we need to hear their problems, and let them know we want to hear them. Getting constructive ideas and other plans which can contribute to a better communication between MoD and MU’s. Learning from each other is something I believe in, we can help each other get better

From here on we’ll get into more financial sided goals for the next month.

More strikes if 'financially feasible
Of course more directed damage for the eUK in an important campaign is a key to victory for some interesting alliance shifts. We’ll only do something like that if Carlini approves as he’s the Ambassador of the Bank of England and cares about everything money related.

Disbanding a Q6 and invest in a Q7
Not to get an elite unit or something else radical, but rent out to MU’s who can use it. This also can help pay the costs of extra strikes. After a small talk with Carlini it’ll take quite a long time to transfer all that gold to get a Q7, this is something we’ll need to look in big time for acting something stupid.
