The votes are in and we have our first Empress of 2017! Unfortunately due to an error partly on my end as well one nominee was disqualified after voting. I'll make sure to take more care in checking over the Empress Wall in the future, and I urge everybody nominating in the future to do the same.

Food Assistance Program
Since it has been a while, I have re-opened the food program form to the public. If there is anybody looking to apply that meets the criteria please do so here! Food goes out every Tuesday and Friday.

You Must:
1) Have Japanese citizenship
2) Be in Division 1 or 2
3) Have no active enhancements
