[MoCH] Cultural Awards: The Recognized

Today I finally bring an end to the 3rd Annual Cultural Awards, after a long nomination process and a 4 day vote, the people have recognized those who have worked the hardest in protecting and improving our community and culture of eJapan. Zodiarque has said he will begin on the new Cultural Awards Wall of 2012, and a separate Wall of Trolls and will have all previous Trolls of the Year.

I would like to thank everyone that took part in this once a year event, supporting the articles, taking part in the discussions, nominations, and voting. I appreciate the support of the MoCH and the Cultural Awards. Below will be this years 2012 Cultural Awards Winners.
