Üdvözletem!

A sikertelen Impeachment után folytatjuk tovább az eddig elkezdett munkánkat így örömmel jelenthetem hogy szerződést kötöttünk az eFehérorosszokal így hamarosan újra meglesz a szarvas régió. Alább a szerződést olvashatjátok.

1) A bérlés ideje

1.1) A bérlés kezdeti idejét Homelskaya elfoglalásának napjával kezdődik (Az előre felvázolt háborús terv szerint ez vagy 6. nap vége a másik verzió szerint pedig 3. nap vége)
1.2) A bérlés időtartama 2 hónap (59 nap) (például: január 28-tól Március 28-ig)

2) Fizetések

2.1) A bérlés hetente 5250 cc-be kerül, a kezdő időpont az 1.1-es pont szerint határozható meg.
2.2) A bér kifizetése mindig a hét végén történik majd. (például: a bér kezdete január 28, akkor a fizetések: február 4, 11, 18, 25-én és március 4, 11, 18, 25-én történnek majd)

3) A bérlés szabályai

A bérlés kezdetétől számítva (1.1) egyik félnek sem szabad támogatnia RWket a régióban, semmilyen formában sem. Amíg az 1.2-es pont szerint eMagyarország jogosult a régióra, minden RW ebben a régióban támogatható magyar részről, azonban Fehéroroszország részéről nem, vagy csak magyar oldalon. eMagyarország köteles a bérleti díjat pontosan fizetni a 2-es pont szerint.

4) A szerződés vége

4.1) eMagyarország visszaszolgáltatja a régióta bérlési idő lejárta után, ha a fentebb leírt pontok mindeggyike teljesült és a bérlési idő elérte az utolsó napot. Az ebben az esetben indított RW Homelskaya régióban eFehérorosz győzelemmel kell, hogy véget érjen, így felszabadítva a régiót.
4.2) A szerződés meghosszabbítható, ha mindkét fél egyezségre jut. Ebben az esetben az új, vagy a régi szerződést meg kell hosszabbítani a bérlési idő lejárta előtt 2 nappal. Ha ez nem történik meg, akkor a 4.1-es pont lép érvénybe.
4.3) eFehéroroszország beleegyezik ebbe a feltételbe: Ha a bérlési idő alatt eMagyaoroszág elveszíti Homelskaya régiót, akkor eFehéroroszország az eMagyar kormány kérésére NE-t ad eMagyarországra, majd így biztosítva majd a régió visszaadását. A háborúnak így kell majd kinéznie: timeline of the attacks.

5) Előre nem látott problémák

Mind két félnek jogában áll megfelelő döntést hozni előre nem tervezett események esetén. Az ilyen helyzetekben újabb tárgyalásokat kell kezdeményezni, azonban ezeknek nem szabad 10 napnál tovább tartaniuk.

1) Time of renting
1.1) The beginning date of the rent is considered the day of conquering (and holding) Homelskaya (ex.: according to the first variant of war schedule it’ll be the end of day 6, according to the second variant it’ll be the end of the day 3)
1.2) The period of rent is 2 month (59 days) (ex.: for the beginning date from 28 of January, the end date is 28 of March)

2) Payments
2.1) The price of rent is 5250 cc for 1 week starting from the beginning of the rent (p. 1.1)
2.2) Payments provided at the end of each week starting from the beginning of the rent (ex.: considering the beginning date 28 of January payments should be provided 4, 11, 18, 25 of February, 4, 11, 18, 25 March).

3) Renting usage
From the beginning date (p. 1.1) of rent both sides are obliged not supporting unplanned RWs and don’t set the prio for such RWs and don’t provide supply for such RWs during the renting period (p. 1.2),except the cases of holding RWs in the region during the renting period (p. 1.2). Hungary will defend the region during the period of rent and will put prios and will supplying to defend the rented region. Belarus government cannot support RWs, cannot take prio or cannot supplying on Belarus side during the renting period, only on Hungarian side. Hungarian side are obliged to pay renting payments (p. 2) in time.

4) Ending of the contract
4.1) The Hungarian side undertakes to return Homelskaya region to Belarus in case all the rules described in contract were applied and the period of rent is closed (p. 1.2). Therefore RW started in Homelskaya after closing rent period should be lost by Hungarian side.
4.2) The contract of renting could be prolonged by reaching both sides agreement. A new version of the contract (or the old one) should be signed 2 days before the final date of renting (p. 1.2). In other case the contract loses it power according to p. 4.1.
4.3) Belarus agrees to the following condition: in case Hungary looses Homelskaya during rent period, then Belarus will put an NE on Hungary, when the Hungarian government asks them to do it. After the first battle, Hungary will attack Homelskaya just before the autoattack starts. The swap will look like: timeline of the attacks.

5) Possible contingencies
Both sides undertake the responsibility to take decisions on unexpected events efficiently. The period of such negotiations should not exceed 10 days beginning of the contingency happened.
