In the past few weeks I've not been able to continue the service with my articles concerning the market-watch due to amount of work I have both in RL and here as MoF of ePortugal. It has been impossible to fix and adapt the script to the big changes happening in our market.

The big changes in the market with the price of weapons and their raw has given me a powerfull reason to create this article.

The current weapons market is in a complete mutation and I think it is important that everyone realizes the need not to produce weapons of any Quality except Q7 (but just barely) including the Work as Manager option.

I'll illustrate with an example:

Take into account the following:
- The average price of raws are currently at 0.38;
- The cost of 1 FQ5 (which is the cost as Work as Manager, i.e., the food eaten to produce the weapons);
- And the weapons bonus regions that each country has are irrelevant for the cost.

- In this first example the country has no weapons bonus.


- In the second example, the country has 100% of bonus


As you can see the difference of costs between a country with no bonus or with 100% bonus are irrelevant.

The following tables are the average price of the weapons Q1 to Q7 in the markets of the top countries in the day 1712 at 19:00 (eRepublik Time)


The average price of the Raw is 0.38.

In the data below the VAT is removed based on the VAT of each country. So the values are net.



For the Weapons Q1 the minimum price without VAT is 3.95 and for Weapons Q2 is 7.75. No country above has the minimum profitable price.



For the Weapons Q3 the minimum price without VAT is 11.55 and for Weapons Q4 is 15.35. No country above has the minimum profitable price.



For the Weapons Q5 the minimum price without VAT is 19.15 and for Weapons Q6 is 22.95. No country above has the minimum profitable price.



For the Weapons Q7 the minimum price without VAT is 76.15, but the first few countries are working at a loss.


As you can see, In all markets, the lowest price is below the minimum cost price for raws at 0.38, keep in mind that the values above are net without VAT.

With the current prices the break even point will be roughly with weapon raws below 0.30.

My recommendation is, don't produce weapons as WaM, you are loosing CC. Unselect the WaM from the Weapons Factories


... and sell your Weapons Raw.
